Serfco Termite & Pest Control

When we bought our home, the previous owner had some termite issues. They used Serfco to remedy the issue and maintained an annual termite policy with them, so we chose to continue with the policy with them. A few days ago, we were having new windows installed and when the installers removed one of the old windows, they found termite damage to some of the window framing. As far as we could tell, it looked like the damage was old and limited to that area around the window but to be safe, I called Serfco. I explained the issue to them over the phone. Serfco went out of their way to dispatch a technician immediately while the wall was open so they could check. Unfortunately, I can't remember the technicians name, but he arrived ahead of the time I was told he would be at our house. He professionally checked the area and agreed that the damage appeared to be old and limited to just around the window frame with no new activity. To be safe, he applied more chemicals to that area just in case there was new activity starting. If you need pest control services, call Serfco and they will take care of your needs.

I called serfco the other day to set up Yearly service. The lady who answered the phone was great. We set up appointment which was very quick from the time I called.
David came out this morning to do first service. He was dressed professionally and acted professionally. While he was spraying we had a conversation. He knows a good bit about insects and told me about different ones. I hope that is who comes next time. So far I am sold on serfco

Every time I have my annual inspection, the employees are so nice. They do a thorough inspection inside and out. I like that I can easily pay online. When I call to schedule the inspection, they are friendly and helpful on the phone. Highly recommended!

I cannot give higher praise to a business than Serfco and their serviceman Brian. We have had a nest of yellow jackets for several weeks. We’ve called several other companies with no success. One of the most prominent companies charged us before service and still didn’t come to fix the issue. Serfco came on the same day and took care of the problem for 25% of the price the other company charged. I will certainly use them if we have other issues!

Serf I was efficient in every way. They were prompt and did their job for what they quoted. I used this company for over 20 years in the house I had before this one. I hope they have them as my termite team for another 20 years.

The quarterly treatment is very affordable and Colton is always nice and does an incredible job! Its nice seeing the same person treat your home every time, as you can trust they'll do just as good, if not better, for every treatment. Everyone at Serfco is great to work with. They take care of any problems you have and Tom is excellent on the job site. He is very thorough and is ready to tackle any problem. He explains everything he is going to do and is very careful with the safety of my pets. I happily recommend them!!

Bill has come to my house on several occasions when we are having issues with different types of bugs/pest. He is always professional, provides recommendations on how to deal with the issue, and doesn't try to "over sell" services to me. After he treats our yard/house the issue is gone. Serfco usually is able to schedule an appointment within a day or two of me calling to request one.

The serfco technicians offered excellent customer service and one of the best estimates. In fact, we were so impressed with their customer service we chose to use them to eradicate our termites despite having a slightly higher estimate (we obtained four altogether.) I feel like they explained the problem and did an incredibly thorough job.

Serfco successfully rid our home of a brown recluse infestation. With quarterly treatments we’ve rarely seen a live bug in our house, and the ones that are alive become sickly fast because of the barrier. We are very happy customers! Our technician, Joe, is a nice man and very pleasant to do business with.

Today was my first experience using Serfco for pest control, as we have recently moved to the Siloam Springs area. I appreciate that they have clearly marked vehicles and employees with Serfco shirts. Joe was very helpful in explaining the process and services, and he took time to answer all of my questions. I can't say enough good things about Serfco! As we moved into a new house that hadn't been taken care of they went above and beyond to help us make it safe for our kiddos! I HIGHLY recommend Ted in the Bella Vista area. He is so very nice and takes time to understand what is needing taken care of.

We have had a termite service contract with these guys for years, ever since we bought the house. (The realtor highly recommended them) They come out once a year and do an inspection of the house and this past year they found where there had been very slight termite action at some point between inspections but the termites were gone. They could have said well you are ok now and not done anything, but instead they came out and drilled holes in the concrete and thoroughly treated that entire area. Then they sealed the holes and blended the area to look like all the other concrete. You can't even tell holes were ever drilled there. Very friendly and professional.
