Staff is very friendly, very personal, and very helpful. After going to Best Buy, and standing around for 10 minutes waiting to get help we called and figured out that the prices were the same. (Now assuming the manufacturer sets the price) we were more then happy to support a small business. Definitely would recommend anyone to them.

Had my screen repaired on a 2017 MBPro a couple years ago and was happy with the outcome. The screen is still working fine. The service employees were easy to work with. It wasn't the fastest repair but my Mac was a little older and the parts were not as quick to arrive.

They were awesome and helped me get my iPhone battery and screen replaced. Great customer service, and they were happy to answer my questions. I’ll be back if I need any future repairs. I was able to make an appointment the day before.

I went over to megabytes and Rogers me and my brother my brother had a phone issue with a passcode. He needed his phone reset they did it perfect with no charge and then we began to tell him his screen protector was messed up and Mr. Cory was there to save the day he hooked us up with a free screen protector, all time, best team in the world

These guys are amazing! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. With only a few days left of my limited warranty, my battery in my iPhone started acting funny. I chatted with Apple, and they were not much help. The next day, I stopped by MegaByte to see if they could help me before my warranty expired. They were glad to help and let me know my phone would have to be sent off to Apple, be restored, and be back in 5-10 business days. I left my phone with them around 11 AM, not expecting it back for awhile, but by 4PM, I had received a call saying my phone was repaired and ready for pick up!! They replaced my battery for me— same day, no sending it off, and no restoring it!! I AM SO HAPPY! These guys listened to me and my concerns about my phone, and they helped me get it back to 100% so quickly! I’m so appreciative and will definitely be coming back to see them again for any Apple needs. Thank you again!!

What do you do when you have a mid-2000s vintage MacBook Pro, which literally has no battery in it at all? You go to MegaByte and let Rand and Levi solve your issues. They had a power cord that fit my MacBook, got it running, then recovered photos from my hard drive. It took them half an hour. They were friendly, personable, professional and fun. The store is clean with many in-stock items and pricing is reasonable.

The guys here are great. I've been taking my Apple products here for at least 16 years. Just recently they saved my MacBook Air, when BB refused to do anything for the internally caused screen damage.

Went here with an old IMac Desktop I couldn’t get running, and they communicated themselves very well and were very excited to help me out and play with it. Super friendly, Wes and his co-workers treated me like they had known me for years and got my problem fixed quick and at a reasonable price. Highly suggest taking all your apple needs to these guys.

The customer oriented reception was off the charts. Super welcoming and intently interested in understanding the issue you face with an Apple product so they can provide an accurate economically efficient solution. Northwest Arkansas does not have an Apple Store but I would much rather have these guys. Go see Adam, he was incredibly helpful and made it such an easy experience. I had malfunctioning EarPods and they were able to have them replaced under warranty. It took 5 minutes out of my day and I was impressed by their level of customer service. Thanks Adam!

Megabyte is great! Customer service is excellent and the repair turnaround time is incredible! My MacBook pro screen cracked and I was planning on paying up to 600 bucks for the repair, but Megabyte asked all the right questions and found out it was still under warranty! I won't use anyone else for my Apple needs! Period!

I had a great experience with Megabyte! They took care of sending my broken iPhone to apple, and gave me a one of their phones to use until mine came back. They were really nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing. Every single person was helpful, and they fixed what Best Buy couldn’t even diagnose, and Apple support sent me to Best Buy. They were all very nice and fixed everything very quickly. I highly recommend them!!

Went in to get a display for my Mac swapped out under a replacement program through Apple. After a couple of small hiccups, the team at Megabyte got it done! On top of that, they took it upon themselves to change out some additional parts that needed to be replaced under other replacment programs through Apple. I appreciate them getting it all taken care of on one trip and keeping it simple for me.

MegaByte worked on my laptop during a stressful finals week and they were able to repair and restore my laptop quickly and effectively all under warranty. I have had no issues with the laptop since taking it to the Rogers MegaByte and in fact, I received the laptop in a better condition than I gave it to them. Many thanks!

Absolutely the best experience I could ask for! Had my MacBook fixed in 20 minutes and didn't charge anything but for the part since the last place I took my Mac too didn't fix anything. Great experience, and even greater staff!

I'm an avid Apple user and Megabyte fixed the Retina display on my 2020 MacBook Air. Special shoutout to Brandon who provided excellent customer service to me when I wasn't being very nice. With COVID-19 going on and just life in general, deliveries and such are delayed and I 100% overreacted and it was NOT Megabyte's fault at all. I have since apologized profusely and from now on I will always take my Apple products to them for repairs. My baby is fixed and my roommates cats teeth aren't going ANYWHERE near it again. Thank y'all so much for the excellent job.
