Dr. Adams and her team of some of my favorite people in Northwest Arkansas! Lyndsey cleaned my teeth today and she was thorough, efficient and cheerful! And I really appreciated having Pearl (Dr. Adams’s poodle) on my lap while she worked. Dr. Adams is the best dentist that we have ever had.

I am a self-proclaimed, world-class wimp on all things dental related. I had horrible experiences as a child. Couple that with off the charts anxiety - and it’s easy to understand why I avoid the dentist. If Dental Aversion were an Olympic sport - I’d hold all of the world records!

And then comes Dr.Adams and her phenomenal staff! If I gushed with all of the sincerity I feel, I fear it would seem disingenuous. From the first phone call it’s been a true JOY. Every person I encountered in the office was kind and gentle and understanding. Did I mention there’s a THERAPY DOG, too?! Dr.Adams patiently explained All The Things to me and I left the office actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I believe I’ve found my Forever Dentist! ❤❤

Whether it's the first time they have seen you or the millionth time they greet you like they've known you forever & invested in this thing called life with you. They make what can be for some of us a very stressful full of anxiety situation into a pleasant experience. They give you clear expectations of the vist & the overall longterm goal. They inform you of cost up front so you can manage your visits in what works for you. They are a dream team to the dentistry world. I would 100% recommend to all my family & friends.

Heather and all of her staff pay attention to detail. You need that from a dentist. Heather has state of the art equipment that help her customize each patient’s protocols needed to do the work she does. It has taken 2 years to complete the project she made for me. I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend her knowledge and work, and her staff’s professionalism.

Absolutely wonderful experience—-especially after switching to a new dentist(same dentist & hygienist for last 30 years). Very informative and cares about what the patient wants/needs.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Adams and her wonderful team for a few years and have always had great experiences. During a visit earlier this year, I had to bring my newborn baby with me to my appointment. Everyone was so accommodating! When my baby started to cry, they turned the lights way down low, were supportive of me nursing my baby, gave me a soothing lavender aromatherapy towel, and turned on the massage function in the chair, and before I knew it, the baby and I were so relaxed that I practically forgot I was in a dentist office. Then, today, I brought my 3 year old for her very first dentist appointment, and - WOW - the team exceeded all of my expectations, yet again. I was really worried that all the new people and noises (polisher, suction tool, etc.) and sensations were going to overwhelm her, but the team made her feel at ease. They moved slowly, starting with counting teeth and explaining each tool they were going to use. They listened to my daughter when she needed a break or a drink of water and completely respected her when she expressed these needs. They also gave her a fun pair of tiger sunglasses so that the spotlight wouldn’t bother her, along with a special toy and two balloons in her favorite color before we left. Now my daughter can’t wait to go back to the dentist! Amazing!

It took me a while to get an appointment, but it is worth the wait. The entire staff is engaging and professional. My first appointment was entirely gathering information not only about my dental health, but also my overall health. I really got the feeling that Dr. Adams and her team are concerned about my long term health both physically and with my dental. They don't just clean your teeth, hand you a new toothbrush and send you on your way. They really want to be the last dentist you ever need. Highly recommend Heather Adams Dentistry.

I didn't think I'd be reviewing a dentist, but here I am. The best dentist I've been to, hands down. I'll skip over describing their customer service, because lots of other people have.

I got a filling. The mentoring from Dr. Adams to the technician was top notch during the procedure. Dr. Adams is both a master of her craft, and has built an excellent team around herself.

Also, the technician that applied my anesthetic did so with nearly zero discomfort on my end.

Love Heather Adams and her team! They care about the comfort of each patient. Highly recommend!

They were fantastic! My first visit and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole examination. They were thorough in explaining the procedures to me and I could understand with enough ease. I personally would recommend this place for first time. Also they have many comforts for people that need it!
Little bonus: They have a sweet therapy dog that you can give a treat!
