Chance and Patrick have helped me with the purchase of 1 home and have sold 2 houses for me as well. Both were under contract within just a few days. Chance is very good with communication, keeps you updated without having to even ask him. Very trust worthy, always looks out for your best interests. Easy to reach day or night. They are a great team. I couldn't have ask for better because they are the best! If you ever need a realtor I would definitely recommend them.

Set appointment to see home for rent. Received text 20 minutes before appointment that they accepted application for someone else. We were already at the home waiting when late text was received. Slow to respond to request from the start.
Very unprofessional in the way the handle request. They never even said others had applied.
I doubt the story since they said application was accepted on a Sunday. Office is not even open.

Just as i suspected updated and still listed on 1/13/23. Guess she was just to lazy to show up.

Whatever you do with this company just make sure that this lady in the picture is not involved she is a number one scammer she would act like she’s your friend that she’s going to be helping you with selling your house or property or helping you buying a house.
she’s gonna do every time to scam you and your family.
And her boyfriend is going to act like he’s a contractor that he will do everything to help you build a necessary things in your house charge you arms and leg and he is a definitely scammer number two.

They keep saying that this review is fake and they’re trying to remove it from google believe me I have all the proves the checks by this person that she scammed me on my business everything so it’s not Fake review but on another hand you guys are fake and you guys employees 100% fake
