We started working with Richard Craft during the pandemic. He was absolutely amazing at helping us navigate the field and very honest about when the right time to buy was. He never pushed! We toured through many homes with him and each one he helped us see the good and bad! Finally in 2023 we found our perfect home! With his knowledge and connections we were able to close on our home in less than a month! Richard still reaches out on holidays and to see how we are doing. I couldn't ask for a better relator! He became a friend and that is so important when making a big decision/purchase! 10/10 recommend!

We worked with Richard Crafts to sell our home and couldn't have been more happy. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had an amazing photographer come in and not only take photos of the house but also do a 3d walk through and online 3d dollhouse image of our home at no cost to us. Within 3 days we had multiple offers above asking and were informed on which offer was the best and why. Throughout the process Richard was by our side and keeping us informed on everything that was going on with inspections and the buyers. We were first-time home buyers in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Richard made buying a house EASY.

He was great and expedient at answering all our questions, and never made us feel incompetent as first-time home buyers.

At viewings he'd give us his honest opinion when asked. After each showing he was always willing to discuss the property at length with us. We never felt like he was in a rush to get to another client.

Once an offer we made was accepted, Richard encouraged us to ask for an additional fix to the foundational wall. We were super nervous because we were already asking the seller to fix a major plumbing issue and a few other small things, but he didn't give in to our trepidation. To our amazement the seller agreed to take care of all our must-have fixes AND the foundational wall! We are incredibly grateful to Richard for being straightforward with us and getting that wrapped into the deal. It wouldn't have happened otherwise.

When looking for a real estate agent, we picked Richard because of his reviews on Google and the name "Oregonized Real Estate". Our love for puns was rewarded. Working with him was fantastic.
