The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I've brought in many burned out bulbs, and the staff has found a replacement in seconds.
I brought a phone in for repair, and they quoted an upfront price (which was VERY fair). They finished the job in just over an hour. I will bring all my phone repairs here in the future.
They were a breath of fresh air in contast to fly by night phone repair places whose prices keep climbing until the repair is soon more than the cost of a new phone.

Great store with helpful staff. Had a battery I bought 2 years ago stop holding a charge after a few days of sitting--they diagnosed the issue, quickly set me up with a replacement and got the new one installed for me in under 30 minutes.

Process could not have been more straight forward or easeful.

Went in there for a new car battery the issue was way more then just a new battery the guys there were really working on figuring out the issue till James just had my car towed to a near by dealership and had it fixed no charge which I really was thankful:)now it’s running great. they went above and beyond.

I needed 16 batteries for two lighting Inverters with little information on the existing batteries. They were able to find the right batteries using a picture I sent them. And they had them in stock.

I thought my flashlight was done, guys found a dead rechargeable battery and it fixed the flashlight. The flashlight was a gift from my son, now it’s working great!

Got Samsung battery. Very happy with service and price. Made appt, dropped it off, picked up 3 hours later. Bought watch battery plan, very reasonable. The store has many items relating to batteries, light bulbs, phone accessories, and does repairs. Convenient, has nice parking lot. Very personable people desirous of helping.

I ordered a strange battery online thinking it would take a few weeks for it to arrive at the store. I got a call from them about 30 minutes after placing the order saying their other store in Vancouver had what I needed and it would be in later that day. AWESOME SERVICE! I popped in to have my battery and alternator checked. They are so nice and helpful. Every person working there shared the same positive helpful attitude. I think that’s rare. Whomever is doing the hiring here should get a raise! As should all the nice workers.

Only visited this store a handful of times, but every time I've gone the people have been friendly and helpful. This last time, I needed a watch battery replaced and I opted for the lifetime replacement when the battery dies. Even if I only have it replaced once in the next few years, at the price (about $19), it's still a good deal and I don't have to open up the watch and risk losing spring loaded microscopic screws. Much appreciated.

awesome service!

I dropped my phone & it got ran over by a passing car. the screen was completely shattered & the phone was bent. I thought it was a goner but the guys at batteries plus fixed it right up!

in about an hour & a half I had my phone back in good working condition. of course it is still bent but hey it works! thanks team! you guys rock!
repair cost was $140.

I was able to log onto the web site and find the replacement UPS batteries I needed and ordered them on line. Made it very easy, setting it up for curbside pickup. They were very responsive and brought them out in a very timely matter.
