Everything is top of the line from facility to staff to dental care from routine cleanings to emergency dental needs. They always get you in on the scheduled time. Staff is courteous and helpful. Office and waiting area is always clean and fresh. The hygienists, dental assistance, office staff and Dentist all care and seem to really enjoy what they do and helping you be at ease with the treatment. Very grateful we found them.

Everybody at BFD is extremely nice and go out of their way to make to calm and comfortable. Dr Rinehart is super thorough, gentle, kind, and is great with dental anxiety. Can’t recommend his office enough.

Had a memorable experience each time I got in. Hadn't seen a dentist in over 9years and these professionals didn't shake me at all. They deliver service with a heart. The prices are wallet friendly too. This is me in another state wishing I could get back and sort my fix with them. I'm at a loss

Dr. Reinhart is the BEST - kind, competent, and so compassionate that even I am not anxious to see him. His staff are excellent at what they do as well, I’ve finally found a gentle hygienist! I liked them all so much, and found their office to be so calm and clean, that I’m switching my kids over, and my mum said she’ll switch too! *Came back to add: My son has special needs and most child-centric dental offices are WAY too chaotic for him. This dentist will be a much better fit for him. Things for kids don’t always need to be bright and loud! If you have a kiddo with sensory issues this is a much more calming and safe feeling environment.

Everyone is friendly. The dentist spend time to answer all your questions and during procedures explains each step. They are very good at what they do and take special care to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend Bentonville Family Dentistry.

Dr Rinehart is very nice and took excellent care of me. I had an implant crown that was loose. I was impressed by his knowledge of implants and what needed to be done to correct it. It was my first time visiting Bentonville Family Dentistry but I will be back for sure

Awesome place! Very friendly doctor and staff. My 92 year old dad broke his denture. Doctor fixed it instead of getting him a new one thus saving him a ton of money.

Best location, beautiful interior, friendly staff and there's more! My daughter has special needs and has never successfully allowed a Dentist to come near her mouth (due to extreme fear/past trauma from doctors/dentist/ anything medical.) Bentonville Family Dental was SOOO accommodating; allowing her to watch the TV through out to distract her, took extra time explaining process and dental equipment, giving stickers, and making her feel so comfortable and safe! I was seriously in tears because she has never had a positive dental experience till now. Both dentist are extremely friendly and down to earthand all the Dental hygienist that our family of three have seen are awesome. Super professional, quick and orderly. Highly recommend!!! They even gave my daughter a tiara afterward for being so brave 😭✨

Before I even showed up they had my information already ready to go. Just had to fill out a simple one page and I was ready to be seen by the dentist. Took care of my issue and I was out the door. I like this dentist.
