Black Blanket Farms Bed and Breakfast, LLC

My aunt and I stayed at BBF for one night while visiting my daughter at Purdue. It was super easy to get to from campus. I felt like I was staying with family.! It was so peaceful, the beds were comfy, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The coffee was amazing, and the fresh made breakfast to order was delicious with farm fresh eggs and fresh tomato and basil! There were also waffles and bacon and yogurt and fruit. I thoroughly enjoyed Theresa and Evan's hospitality and history of the home. We also enjoyed lovely conversation around the breakfast table with the other guests. When we came back late at night from the football game, Tuco the dog was on the porch to greet us. I will definitely be back next visit to campus.

Wonderful family operated B and B in their original family farmhouse. Teresa and Evan were amazingly accommodating for our large group. They made us feel at home. We will defiantly return. Thank you!!!!

Stayed here for a night and had an excellent experience. Teresa is kind and accommodating. The farm is beautiful, though I didn't get to see much of it due to the brevity of my visit. Like the spacious house as a whole, my room was perfectly cozy. I slept quite well. In the morning, Teresa set out a massive spread of breakfast food for guests. There was a wide variety of choices, and everything I had was delicious. Overall I'd highly recommend a stay here!

My husband and I had our wedding at Black Blanket in September. This was a wonderful venue for a wedding. Our wedding party stayed in the Bed and Breakfast with us the night before so everyone was onsite for the whole weekend.

The property is beautiful and our guests enjoyed walking around and taking pictures as an activity.

Teresa was great to work with. She is well connected in the community and had a lot of resources for vendors.

I highly recommend Black Blanket for your next event or just to stay overnight in the Bed and Breakfast.

Black Blanket Farm; putting it simply: a small piece of heaven that was dropped off on planet earth! The service is exquisite yet very relaxed, the house was filled with history, the humming birds were not shy, the cows had a nice melody in their moo, and Tucco the Australian Shepherd was the cherry on top of a very fulfilling ice cream. The location is close to Purdue and we left our son there knowing that Teresa, our amazing hostess, will be there for him should he ever need anything. When we were there, a Purdue student who had stayed there with his parent during his transition to college, was returning a microwave she let him borrow for the summer...now, that is hosting with compassion like nothing I've ever experienced.

Black Blanket Farms B&B is the best get away ever ! Teresa makes you feel like home. The accommodations are more than you can imagine . You have a whole farm to yourself , friendly pets & the best coffee in the morning .

A great place to relax in a rural atmosphere! You've got a whole hobby farm to roam around on, a friendly dog, cats, cows, squirrels, raccoons, birds, green fields, lots of trees, a fishing pond complete with ducks and a snapping turtle, excellent breakfasts and nice guest rooms. I'll take this in preference to Marriott and Hilton any day!

A beautiful farm house that has the at home feeling clean property perfect rooms beds are comfortable and breakfast was amazing

Amazing place, Teresa is a great host! In the middle of a huge corn fields, absolute quiet place to wind down.
