Great owner, very reasonable!!

We wanted this to be a wonderful experience and support a small business however it was not.

We initially needed the cable fixed that engages the blades and a tune up which we were verbally quoted about 40 bucks for the tune up and after we drove all the way out there he wouldn't quote for labor on the cable as he said he's never done one..yikes , but ok.. so we left it .. then he called to say the cable is backordered and I asked he completed the tune up and tubes only ..

We just picked up the lawn mower two weeks later and we were charged 300$ for two new tire tubes and a tune up to😬😳 , the cable isn't fixed and NOW it will not go into drive. Jim did not take responsibility for the fact we dropped off the mower in driving condition and he was returning it having to be pushed on the trailer. In fact he didn't address the issue at all and acted like it just happened sitting there . As a paying customer I now have to deal with another issue we didn't have before he had it in his possession.

what a headache 🥴 would not recommend

EDIT .. SO JIM DID RETURN THE LABOR MONEY HOWEVER IT STILL NEEDS FIXED AND WAS WORSE OFF WHEN WE LEFT IT.. HOW DO YOU GET WATER IN THE OIL AND NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ...
