It's hard to find an old-school local shoe store, but this one may be the last holdout. Great selection of women's shoes and bags, both in Pinnacle and Fayetteville. They have sale quite often, and you will easily find your size marked down. Service is excellent, and again, they're local.

Excellent, knowledgeable service

Do not recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. We bought a pair of Sperry's shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas two different shoes in box, They took the shoes back and they ordered a new pair; when the shoes came in they were the wrong ones. She took them back up to customer service and the girl said well that's all the company had. My daughter and granddaughter found something else and they took the shoes to the counter and the instead of providing any type of customer service the girl charged my granddaughter the 5.00 difference. pretty sad that 5.00 just cost you a very poor rating and as many customers as I can tell.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently.
