Hi Tea - Bubble/Boba Tea Cafe

This place is CUTE! Workers are super efficient and kind, they never fail to explain things to me if I have confusion. The manager is also a sweetheart, this is my GO-TO boba place! I recommend getting a taro smoothie with tapioca and a cute little taro egg puff waffle to pair with it! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would, so yummy!!!!!

Came in to get tea but ended up being more in the mood for other things on their menu, the strawberry banana smoothie and taiyaki fish. The smoothie was not that great, I'd say C tier. Just very watery. The taiyaki fish (I got the chocolate one) was pretty solid though. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

The moment I entered this fine establishment I was taken aback. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and the music felt so in tune with my soul. Such good music selection, props to the fellers who choose it. Don't get my started on the scent. The smell of tapioca balls hit my face and my eyes lit up. I low-key felt my heart racing at this point and I was so excited. I walked up to the counter to order a drink and the selections were plentiful. Blenders were blending and all I could think about was getting some of these juicy delicacies in my mouth. I ordered strawberry milk tea and my life was altered the moment I stabbed the drink and took a sip. The customer service was phenomenal I've never felt so cared for and they were so patient to me as I looked over the board. 10/10 will come back to try more of the flavors.

My fiancée and I come here all the time and let me tell you they have the best drinks around! They have tons of options and I’ve never had a bad drink. From tea to bubble tea and AMAZING coffee. We live an hour away and work overnights but that doesn’t stop us from making the journey to this amazing place. I definitely recommend Hi Tea! Plus the atmosphere is super chill and relaxing, the employees have always been super sweet and helpful, We love chatting with the manager, she’s very funny and kind. All around a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the day.

Amazing tea! The owner made me a drink with Lychee and strawberry boba and I love it! Very nice workers and the owner was so friendly we stayed a while too!

Very cozy and the workers are nice however having a hair in your boba is not cool. Overall really nice 9/10

I haven't been here in person yet, but I have had their boba tea. It's really good and I highly recommend the Blueberry coconut tea with Boba.😋 When I go in person, I'll give a more detailed review

We come here quite a bit, (I wish we could more often). I love the brown sugar milk tea, it's perfect served hot during autumn.

Super friendly and helpful staff made for a wonderful experience! Huge menu with lots of different options for tea, milk tea, boba, coffee, and more! They also had a selection of cupcakes and packaged snacks. I ordered the butterfly pea green tea with kiwi and blueberry popping bubbles, which was very yummy.

It's so cute, and the boba is so good. Even when they're busy you get your boba very quickly. Definitely recommend!!

One of the best bubble milk tea I’ve ever had! The flavor was incredible, and I loved how you can choose what percentage of sugar you want in each drink, and how much ice also if you get iced. Friendly cashier!

I ordered a mango green tea w regular tapioca while i was there with one of my friends and Anna was the one who took my order she was super friendly and helpful with like the different kinds of things you can add or change about the drinks. overall 10/10 i love this place for a good snack

They were able to help with regard with my sensitivity to a certain food/anything that comes from the food. The staff was able to snap a picture of the ingredients to see if what I was allergic to was inside part of the drink.

Overall, the lychee smoothie minus the creamer is my personal favorite. It is worth stopping by when you’re here.

Great place for some great drinks! Very small seating areas, and a little pricey on some things in my option but still good drinks!

Quarantine got you down Make sure you visit here. I got a Rose milk tea and it was one of the most delicious things that I ever had it perked me right up. Staff is super helpful and super courteous place was very clean and has a huge variety of teas coffees plus more I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I feel reunited! I finally found an Asian Boba tea like I used to drink in Irvine California. So I ordered their green milk tea out of 22 different types and they explained that ALL of their green tea is Jasmine which has large Jasmine blossoms with strong aroma and she showed me the brewed tea. Hi Tea also has all sorts of tea types and all sorts of bobas! Incredible. They have a kids menu too! Fast efficient service, very warm friendly staff.

I wish I had the name of the lady behind the counter who was incredibly helpful and informative. She made me kids extra comfortable ordering boba tea. We went there 4 times while visiting Bentonville. Stop by for your boba fix with complete confidence!
