My name is Lauren Watkins. I am still in court with Judge Duncan. I believe that she is a very fair judge. I respect her opinion, and that she is there for not the father and mother but the children. I am happy to have her to serve Arkansas.

In 2015 my grand daughter needed a place to call her own away from her parents' drug use. We have been her safe place and security since her birth in '08. Judge Duncan has been so insightful to realize that even though the only evidence I had at that time was word of mouth, Judge Duncan put her in my care at the tender age of 7.
Then after her mother got cleaned up and passed a 5 drug hair follicle test and filed a petition to get her child back, Judge Duncan knew where this young Lady needed to be and granted permission for my grand daughter to go home with her mother!!! Thank you Judge Duncan!!!

Judge Xollie Duncan is awesome! She granted me custody of my son because it was the best thing for him! I am a single father who has raised him by myself for 11 years and his mother is $13k behind on child support? To all the women that are writing bad things about her you obviously have or do stupid stuff that led her to make her decision to grant custody of your kids to your ex husband! Judge Duncan you are awesome my son just Graduated high school and is enrolled in college.

Very easy to work with. Fair and professional. My ex-wife and I both felt that she had our children’s best interest in mind. She was quick and concise, yet informative and cordial. Very pleased to have had her as our judge.

5 years ago we tragically lost my sister in law and fought for custody of her son. Judge Duncan oversaw the case. We had custody of his biological sister at the time, careers and stable lives. She awarded custody to his 60 year old Aunt on his father's side. The father was wanted at the time and unable to care for him. We offered to waive the state payments that anyone who got custody would receive. Showing we just wanted what was best for the child who was 3. Judge Duncan refused to give us a fair trial or look out for his best interests. She gave us 3 weekends a year and 2 weeks every summer. The Aunt lived in Missouri though and after this case went through the courts there granted full custody, effectively terminating our agreement in Arkansas. I figured a Judge in her position should've known that to be possible. He is now going to spend his life working a farm they get to live on for free for maintaining and as a farm hand while they collect the $1100.00 a month he receives. All the while giving him clothes that don't fit and buying themselves a truck. We drove 13.5 hours from Florida 5 times that first year we had those visits. We took him to Silver dollar city, Disney world in Florida and what we had no idea would be the last trip The Grand Canyon. Shortly after the first visit the Aunt tried to extort money from us. She wanted us to pay for all his clothes, shoes and other expenses. He had teeth that were black and we mentioned it the first visit. He was on Medicaid and she still never took him. By visit 5 he would cry and need oragel both nights we'd have him to be able to sleep. After they got full custody in Missouri they cut us from his life completely, something we never would have done to them. Way to go Judge Duncan. You robbed a child of seeing part of his family that love him dearly. You robbed of us of watching him grow, teaching him life lessons and sharing stories of his mom he could've thought of on those days he misses her and wonders why he lost HIS mother. I hope you read this and realize there's no way to know how many cases you were this wrong on but even 1 was to many. How do you sleep at night and honestly I hope it's extremely poorly and that this case alone haunts you for all your days. You are, by my measure, an absolute failure at the profession you dedicated your life to. Your time on the bench will always be tainted and this review will live on long after you do not.

This judge is unbelievable! She has taken a divorce case where the ex husband has continuously filed fraudulent tax returns, failed to pay child support, the youngest child, since being in the father's care, has threatened to shoot kids at the school, sent pornographic pictures to other students via the school's internet, threatened to blow the school up and much much more. Yet this judge gave custody to the father. When the mother had to return to her childhood home to care for her dying father, this judge reprimanded her for leaving the State, but then when the mother went back to prevent having problems with the court's this Judge reprimanded the mother again.
This woman is in serious need of review of her actions and removed from the bench. She has been overturned in the Arkansas Supreme Courts for pulling stuff like this on other cases.
Get her off the BENCH!!!

Today i read a letter from my child's school that Xollie Duncan ruled that only the governor and the department of health could require face masks. I feel disgusted that this judge is still in Benton County and had a right to even do this. Its obviously about money. And its completely apparent this is NOT about our children. You people are sick. Hope that money can buy you a new soul. A school should have the right to choose for itself. Stop playing tug of war with Biden. Who cares whos stuff is bigger. Its all political, and not scientific. Not proud to be a nwa native today.

She gave custody of my wife’s sons to her ex-husband who was a known drug addict and he is now in prison for raping kids! She is the worst judge and made me lose all my faith in the judicial system! I hope she gets investigated and loses her bench for starters.

Hands down the worst judge in Arkansas and possibly the country. How is she still a Judge and why hasn't she been relieved of her duties after so many failures???

This judge is disgusting & irresponsible! It may seem that you cant beat her at her own game... but you can. Judges are NOT exempt from Judicial Immunity as you are told they are. The rules just apply differently to them. The first thing you do is do your research. Understand the rules that apply to the judicial system NOT the common man system. (Google this stuff! Learn! These are entirely different systems)

LEARN all you can about .....
1. 'THE MECHANICS OF A COURT ROOM' (this one is extremely important. It is the only place a judge has a jurisdiction over is inside the court room! hmmm! Errors ARE made in the court room)
2. All types of Jurisdiction! especially courtroom jurisdiction and how NOT to fall into the trap
3. KNOW your "COMMON LAW RIGHTS" (google it)
4. Understand your MEDIA rights
5. Statutes of Limitations
*if this sounds like a lot... it is. You are dealing with a very well oiled attorney who has an ego. Understanding your adversary is extremely important.

Now understand the phrase .....
perpetrating a fraud upon the court thru the mechanics of a court
NOTE 1: all judges make mistakes, its human nature. and this one little phrase (above stated) is the ONLY loop hole you have. Once you have found the mistake in "the mechanics of the court" aka fraud make your case on it ...
NOTE 2: This loop hole is completely separate from your case and has absolutely nothing to do with the hearing of your case (understand this) except it was heard in order for the 'mistake (perpetrating a fraud upon the court thru the mechanics of a court)to have been made'. This is very important to understand because most still want justice to have their case reheard and justified. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN this way.

NOTE 3: Here is your punch line! Ready? At the point of PROVING an error/mistake/perpetrated fraud upon the court thru the mechanics of a court -it renders ALL decisions made to your case null/void/non-existing and back to the very beginning of the very first ruling. Not just one ruling but all.
so it is very important that you only seek out the error of the mechanics of the court and NOT another ruling in a different court regarding the current judges decision on your case, otherwise that ruling is now in place and you have lost to that ruling as it will trump the one that was/is in error. Understand why it is important that you educate yourself completely. Education is the key here, understanding every avenue. (educate yourself!)

Then there is the options of ..... to mention a few
filing the appropriate cases with the proper GUIDELINES. NOTE: Each place that you report to has their own strict specific guidelines that MUST be followed (especially jurisdiction boundaries) other wise your complaints and filing fall on closed ears and can come back to bite you in the uhhh... ok you get it.
1. The judicial Ethics committee
2. The BAR association
3. The District Attorney
4. The Attorney General
5. The Appellate Court
6. The Supreme Court

Supreme Courts almost always throw cases out based on a breach of improper jurisdiction. Make sure you have proper jurisdiction over each and every detail of the complaint. One wrong detail misplaced with jurisdiction error will get the entire case thrown out. Judges do NOT like to overhear/over rule/ or undermine another judges authority, understand that first. and a Supreme Court only hears so many cases a year so ... Read & re-read & then re-read again the guidelines and jurisdiction governing these places. I can not say this enough! JURISDICTION!

DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY. YOU CAN BE PLAYING WITH FIRE SO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND.

I am NOT an attorney, nor would I ever want to be. This is not legal advice and should not be used as such. This is merely an attempt to provide my opinion and guidance to an educational information that may or may not be needed.

I just wish this information and/or opinion had been available to me before this ass of a judge destroyed my family and eventually resulted in the loss of my sons life. I fly my "California HOWDY" in your face, Xollie Duncan.
