I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at Pinnacle Hills Dental Group. To say I was petrified of visiting the dentist would be such an understatement. Even the thought of a tooth cleaning filled me with extreme anxiety. I had some dreadful past experiences elsewhere that left me hesitant, but this place changed everything for me.

Tara, the dental hygienist, is an absolute angel on Earth. She made me feel incredibly welcomed from the moment I walked in and calmed my nerves like no one else could. Tara took the time to explain the entire process, leaving no room for surprises. She's the reason I decided to come back to address my dental issues. Her promise that this place was different from my previous experiences was reassuring.

Not only Tara but another female hygienist was a tremendous helps with taking X-rays. The female and male dentists were also incredibly kind and understanding. They reassured me when I was almost hyperventilating during a simple cleaning. What sets this dental office apart is that they genuinely care about you as a person and your comfort before they begin any work.

During my second appointment, they accommodated my anxiety about the sounds, lights, and dental tools. They explained every single step, and I was allowed to have the lights dimmed and noise-canceling headphones. One of them even allowed me to hold her hand as security while she was working on my teeth. This level of care and understanding changed my life in ways they'll probably never fully grasp.

In the past, I believed my teeth were beyond hope, that I would either have to live with them as they were or undergo extensive procedures to make them even slightly better. To my astonishment, these wonderful people transformed my teeth within just one week of my initial cleaning.

For the first time in almost 18 years of life, I can confidently say that I've found a dental office where my dreams for my teeth have become a reality. This place is truly exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness, expertise, and life-changing work. I cannot stop smiling & I can’t wait to go back to get my smile even more perfect. Five stars are simply not enough to rate this dental office!

I can’t imagine going to a different dentist. The staff is always friendly, respectful, competent, and funny. I am treated like a customer and a friend. Dr. Stringfellow is tailor made for “babies” like me that are terrified of dentists. He takes his time, talks to me and does a fantastic job. I’m truly thankful to have found Pinnacle Hills Dental Group several years ago.

I have visited many Dental Care facilities in my 60 years of going to a dentist. Many were excellent, however without questions these folks are the best! Awesome caring staff. Quality work, and not your typical high pressure sell on expensive procedures you don't need. Explain every step ensuring you are comfortable with the progression of care. Highly recommend!!!! Recently moved here and was so happy to find this practice. BTW they take new patients, check them out!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I started on time and got my cleaning all handled. The dentist, Dr Stringfellow, was also friendly and congenial. Very good experience.

Dr. Stringfellow and his staff are absolutely the BEST! They took such good care of me and when I got my root canal, I could not even feel it when Dr. Stringfellow gave me the numbing shot! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

So engaging and such wonderful service. Very professional with excellent bi-yearly cleaning and check up. Dr. Stringfellow was so personable — remembering me and also my husband.

All of the staff are great and knowledgeable. I like my new dentist, hygienist and assistants. They know how to make you comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this dentistry group. If you talk friendly and say “here”, you get a friendly visit by the canine mascot holding her toy. 😉

The hygienist slope so low, most time I could hear her, got a great cleaning! Didn’t see the Dr this visit but he mist always makes you feel like you are his only patient. Very satisfied!

Dr Jay and his staff are among the kindest, most patient people on earth. They went out of their way to calm my nerves and make sure I was comfortable with my procedure. I never felt a single shot and had zero pain. They really are the best of the best:)

I hesitated to come in…afraid of what they might find.
Thankfully after much checking and X-rays it seems to be a lesser problem than I thought.
Dr. String fellow is so reassuring.

The staff is always so sweet and kind and gentle. They are quick and do a fantastic job without making things up that you need to have done. They fix the issues effectively and at a low cost. I just love coming here and I truly have had some horrible experiences at other dental offices and hated the dentist! But she's great here and makes me feel like we're friends and so relaxed. 10 out of 10!

Dr stringfellow and his staff are awesome and responsive to concerns. Best of all did not feel a hint of pain during the procedure! Highly recommended.
