Dr Phelan comes to Jane/Bella Vista monthly. His office here is beautiful and his nurse and receptionist are reserved but helpful. He explains what is going on and I didn't feel rushed, which is rare these days. I wish ONE of my Mercy practitioners were this attentive and amiable. Thanks, Dr Nate!
