I can't say enough about how fast and friendly this post office is, I couldnt find express forms and they helped me without my having to wait in line and find them!! Always excellent service!

Overcharged me to ship a package. They do not seem very friendly. They building itself is on a one way street and main street so can be awkward to navigate. I usually go to a different post office that does not over charge.

They do have everything you need there. The hours aren't bad and it is located in downtown so not far out or anything. Post boxes available as well as shipping supplies.

I have a bad habit of not checking my mail very often, I realize I need to. But the post office should make an effort to let the resident know their mail has been put on hold and will be sent back to sender. At least send an email or have the delivery driver stop at the house to make sure the resident is aware they have mail on hold., before the mail is sent back to sender. The driver even knew I was at home but did not feel the need to let me know. Whether it's their job or not to get out of their vehicle to inform me, they should have the decency to let me know the mail is going to be returned to sender. It's no wonder the USPS is the typical last choice anymore.

My sister went in to drop off a return for me that was supposed to be picked up by the UPS. Instead of politely explaining that the post office apparently doesn't accept UPS packages...though online says they do. The cashier girl who was working was very rude about the fact that we needed to drop it off at more than mail instead. How they can be that unprofessional and outright rude and keep their job...which is a customer service job is beyond me. The management clearly needs to have a talk to their rude employees. There is no reason for being like that.

Just pulled out the second package this month crammed so tightly into my apartment unit mailbox that the contents are broken. The mail carrier doesn't seem to want to walk 30 feet to my door to drop large packages off, instead choosing to jam them in the box so tightly it's hard to even get them out. Will also call to complain to supervisor.

I can only assume your postal workers do not care about their job when they dump 3 different addresses in my door, leaving myself to deliver my neighbors their mail. Thanks.

Slow and deliver my packages one street over all the time. I also get mail that isn't mine almost daily.

Long wait time! Too many buttons to push to get too live agent! Cant reach Local Post Office! 1 hour too long for me to wait!

FedEx UPS and Amazon deliver packages to me with my dogs in driveway but for some reason they will not🤨

If I wanted to talk to a machine and never get to a real person then I would not have called. Bad customer service.
