Our experience with Buy Wright Auto Sales at 2838 South 8th St, Rogers, AR 72758, was pleasant. We did not use the dealer by recommendation; we were car shopping and passing by to see their cars. We had already visited other dealers. Our representative was Kenneth Stidham. Kenneth was respectful and patient, but most importantly, he gave us space to shop without following us around.

We are happy with the transaction because the car is in good body and mechanical condition. I drove the car out of the dealer for two hours without incidents then or now. The vehicle is everything advertised: no more, no less.

The dealer also offered a mechanic's contact information for future service. Our choices were to purchase at a lower price online or test drive one with a local dealer and see what we were getting. Buy Wright Auto Sales worked with us, making a fair deal by comparing prices online and ensuring everyone was satisfied with the agreement. I received all the original manuals for the car. We were shopping on the weekend and received the vehicle's title promptly.

I've had my SUV, a 2012 Nissan Xterra Pro 4x, purchased from Buy Wright, for around six weeks now and I'm a very happy customer! Not only is the vehicle in excellent condition, Kenneth was an excellent sales rep, very courteous, helpful, and funny too! The financing process was smooth and completed the same day, and Kenneth even picked me up at work when it was time to take my vehicle home. They also did an oil change and made sure all the fluids were topped off before I picked it up, which I very much appreciated.

Most impressively, I discovered the windshield fluid sprayers weren't operable right before driving it off the lot, so when I brought it back a few weeks later they took care of the repair and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could go to work while it was getting fixed.

This dealership is the best one I've ever dealt with, hands down, and they obviously care a lot about having quality inventory for their valued customers. I LOVE my Xterra, was thoroughly impressed with Buy Wright Auto Sales, and will recommend them over the mega lots any day!

I have purchased 2 vehicles here have never been disappointed they are fair, friendly, and just a good place to get a vehicle! I feel like a friend when I walk in and haven't left disappointed. Prices are high everywhere but their prices are reasonable and I would have no problem sending friends and family there to buy something so if you're looking for a reliable vehicle good customer service and I thought of a cool slogan they should definitely adopt haha "you can't go wrong when you buywright"!

Best experience! Kenneth made the process so easy. We knew what we were looking for for our teen & Buy Wright had it! We live over 3 hours away & did everything over the phone. Kenneth went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. When we arrived, at closing, Kenneth didn't even care, he wanted to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. Our experience here was fantastic. Basically was quick and easy. Was willing to work around our schedule sense we lived an hour and a half away. The car had a broken part and they fixed it right up at no cost to us. Even covered the cost to transfer factory warranty to us. Basically they took care of everything. Just showed up signed on the dotted line and drove away in our new car. We will be back!

I've always driven by this place and thought their selection of vehicles looked nice from the road. And that's the thing! A lot of cars look great from far away and then the closer you get the more beat up they are. You can tell Buy Wright picks out cleaner cars than the average smaller dealership. The customer service at Buy Wright is also great. No lies, no weird vibes. What you see is what you get.

I stopped in to look at a 2014 Ford F150 i found online The truck was so clean i couldnt pass it up even though i was convinced i was going to buy a toyota from another lot. They accepted my cash offer too which was great. Kenneth came in early to sell me the car the next day. The paperwork was ready when i arrived. All of these things say good business right?

Then... 4 days after i bought it, the water pump started squealing. (These things happen) i called them about it and they had their Mechanic replaced it next day at no charge. THIS IS WHAT SMALL BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT PEOPLE. Ive always asked myself, "why does car sales as an industry have to be this weird sketchy thing that it usually is? Afterall, good business is just good business." We all have our car buying stories. I dread buying cars because i feel like i have to be on guard from dishonest people just trying to get a sale.
