Pizza Mamma Mia

Worth every star! Service is superb. Food came so fast. The pizza was everything what I want in a pizza: thin crust, enough cheese, flavorful tomato sauce. Thai curry was also simply delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

I have tried 2 different pizzas and the vegetable samosas and all of it is very very delicious. During my 8 months travelling in East Africa this is without a doubt the best pizza I have tasted.
If you are looking for an amazing pizza, good atmosphere and super nice service then I highly recommend Pizza Mamma Mia.

The owner lady is superb supportive. Gave lots of good suggestions. She even sent one of her colleagues up-to my hotel with me as it was late night and I was bit scared to go alone. Foods were great. I think only international restaurant available in Lushoto. Had tried almost all the items and loved all.

I had the most delicious vegan creamy pasta with mushrooms and leaks. The ultimate comfort food after a day of hiking. To top it off, the brownie for dessert was a sweet delight. The warm ambience and attentive staff made the evening even more enjoyable. Mama Mia is a must-visit for anyone seeking a flavourful vegan dining experience in Lushoto.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, The food was absolutely amazing and freshly prepared. Ordered (take away) indian thali for lunch which was not in their menu it was their special menu on Christmas Day, The portion was amazing and then had Margarita Pizza for dinner best pizza ever had and to finish of had their brownies it was very tasty and softy👌🏻

They serve nice and delicious food including Pizza and chicken wraps 😋. Quite atmosphere, outside sitting area is also available. Near to NMB bank. Timings are from 2:30pm to 8:30pm

Great to have a good pizza after a long time of rice and beans. I had the spinach pizza with feta cheese and it was really good.
They didn't have coffee anymore when I was there but I saw an Italian coffee machine so I suppose the coffee should be good as well.

Small shop but amazing food. Super delicious italian pizza. The pizzas were hot and the ingredients were super fresh. Their coffees are also delightful. The customer service is quick. However as mentioned, the area is pretty small. A big crowd can be difficult to accommodate.

What a delight! Locally grown zucchini, local feta cheese (!), local tomatoes in an altogether fresh combination. If you ask for spicy, you get a generous spread of locally grown chili peppers with just the right amount of sweetness. They also have a coffee machine, you can get European style espresso here! The mood is very welcoming. And they are blasting my backstreet boys jam! Couldn't be happier.

Finding a spot like this in Lushoto, it's a definite Five Star for me, leave alone the range of top class Italian delicacies, the pizzas, pasta, all sorts of coffees, African spice tea... very nice bakes (you should try their brownies) smoothies, crunch, milkshake... man; whatever you order from Mamma Mia, you'll definitely feel at home 😋 and most of all, the host... Peter, is just amazing; great sense of humor, he knows what he's doing.

Delicious and cheesy. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Peter was able to advise us on our hotel and gave thoughtful advice to help us enjoy our time in Lushoto.

Lovely staff and atmosphere, selection of Italian food (pizza, pasta, ciabata), delicious smoothies, coffee and tea. You won't find this kind of coffee anywhere around. Yes, this is a mzungu (touristic) place with mzungu prices, but they really do great job and deserve to be praised for their exceptional efforts.

Best coffee and pizza since Italy!!! Host Peter shows great hospitality in perfect English. We came back to this friendly place every day to buy a brownie chocolate cake. It was divine, best I ever had in Tanzania!

The place is cozy and has very good food 👌🏻 I recommend their Chicken burger and Pizza Ranch 😋..
