Dalin Famous Stinky Tofu

I am not a fan of the sticky tofu, but this is the best one I've tried. Crunchy and totally acceptable. Good for foreigners to try :)

Quite popular, call ahead to reserve a spot in line. The tofu is fried nicely crispy on the outside, without being oily or heavy. It retains a lot of traditional flavor. Worth a side trip.

吃的出來這家大林站前臭豆腐本身生臭豆腐的味道就不一樣，這生臭豆腐是有別一般的味道，所以老闆炸出來的酥脆口感+特調醬汁+臭豆腐本身的臭香味道～沒錯👍，外酥內嫩帶汁+不會太甜的傳統台式泡菜，非常好吃😋，脆度很厲害，豆腐本身也不錯，還有自製小魚干辣椒也好吃，值得專車來嚐嚐
