Jourdeness Castle Biotech Park

Definitely a must-see place in Chiayi. I really enjoyed the architectural design of this place. It was so relaxing and peaceful. There are not so mnay people inside. In addition, the entrance ticmet gives you 3x of 30ntd discount in the castle food stores. There are many places to see as well. They say that seeing this at night is really great.

A place to relax and enjoy the view inside/out. Breathtaking building structure from the outside to the interior. Fabulous, Extravagant, Enormous Mansion. We have so many beautiful pictures.

Jourd'Ness is a total vibe — it's like stepping into a different world. The place is huge, with gorgeous buildings that make you feel like you're in Europe. They've got this cool factory tour that shows how their products are made, plus the place is super green, with lots of eco-friendly features.

It's the kind of spot where you can chill all day and just soak it all in. Totally worth the trip and every bit of five stars.

We spent about 4 hours in this place taking photos, trying the lunch and cafe here.. the food here is so so.. but the place is very nice to take photos. You can take photos indoors and outdoors. We went in early December and it ’snows’ around 5.30pm.. We went from Chiayi East district to the Biotech park via taxi, cost around 550twd. For return to Chiayi, the service counter at the Biotech park was kind to help us call a taxi. Thank you!

Nice place you should visit when you come to Chiayi .. You can spend whole day here and take a lot of pictures with this beautiful white castle.

This place is definitely worth the hours of driving from Taipei. I would recommend arriving by car because it's located in an industrial park away from any kind of public transportation. I saw a few taxis but I could imagine that they would be expensive. There are lots of parking in their parking lot and I saw signs for a shuttle from the parking lot. If you drive past the place, you will find some free street parking. The grounds are beautifully sculptured and decorated. I recommend going just before sunset because the whole place is well lit. Is it comparable to Versailles? No! Is it well done and has European vibes? Yes! Check for discount tickets online as we were able to get half priced tickets. There was also coupons included that could be used in the restaurant or cafe. Our tickets gave us 100 ntd discount an any item in the shop. This 100 discount could be applied to multiple items. There was also live music to enjoy!

Very beautiful Castle with big garden. Also have restaurants and coffee shops inside. We spent a good time here whole day. It’s a good place for family small trip, and photos with many survivor options and shop back home !

The place was perfect for some tourists, although not that big enough the place to stroll around especially when the weather is good,sunset or maybe during winter, because summer it's so hot,and I can't find some good place to sit down to rest and shade a moment,this is not a nature place,this is a private property place owned by a super rich personalities and not by governments,and entrance a bit expensive compared to the place not big enough to take photos,and if too many visitors arrived u can't find parking space for the vehicles (parking lot WD pay or even in public parking)like what happened to us we can't find parking inside and outside,the place is beautiful if you are antique lovers, cosmetics items,and if u are a nature lover, this place not fit for Ur taste,like what happened to my partner,he was not that happy haha but me I am happy because I love the views

If you like taking nice pictures this is where you should go. It's like an ancient building and you will enjoy the scenery for sure.
