A historic light house that was built in 1778 and has 3 cute little cannons that were used to scare off pirates. The location is significant for military purposes both in the past and present, therefore, knowing certain structures are not to be photographed.

Good historical place to visit.
The light house area is small but they preserve and maintain it very well.

Worth a drive to explore this 1870+ heritage lighthouse that is supposedly top 35 lighthouse in Taiwan. The actual lighthouse is rather small but the compound is sizeable ans well maintained. You can also walk outside by the cliffs for breathtaking views.

This place is within a military outpost. Expect strong winds when you come to this place. But the cliff view is amazing. A bit disappointed because the lighthouse itself was not that tall as i was expecting. But, it serves its function.

One of the 35 famous Light house of Taiwan. It's combined to a military base. Parking and washroom avaliable and it's easy accessable.

The light house look short but visible to the ship as it was standing on a hill top. Nice place for photo taking!

I liked the place... old military outpost with a view of the ocean which purpose was to check against China invasion. Worth visit just because it is the "end" of the Penghu island - worth borrowing a scooter in the town Magong and coming on it.

after you took a long ride and finally get the end of whole country road , you'll see these magnificient view and easy to take a post card picture from here.
