做飲料的SOP不同店員差很大。同樣是抹茶拿鐵，大叔是粉加下去加奶(還是水？)放冰塊就給你了，都不把粉攪拌，適合趕時間的人= =。另一個年輕小弟就細心多了，我決定以後他值班我才點飲料。

早上都會點59元組合餐，有一次不小心跟頭髮有點少的男店員說錯講成搭小冰美（其實是中冰美才對），之後再去買早餐，該店員就會一直問幫我結帳的店員是不是又點錯，令人感覺有夠不舒服，也不懂是什麼心態。

每次去結帳，客人已經主動說謝謝的情況下，店員都完全不屌你的，真的覺得這態度超靠北，我可以理解你可能很累，想偷懶一下，但在客人都主動致謝的情況下，你卻完全沒有要回應的意思，除此之外偶爾還會搞錯打折的項目，都顯示在POS機上了你也不看一下…搞得我比你還像店員，你如果不缺這點錢不想上班的話，就把工作辭掉阿.
對啦就是在說你，白瘦矮香菇頭髮型的店員，你的態度值得6顆星，多的一顆我放這裡.
