Great hotel that does exactly what it’s supposed to: convenience, functional and simplicity.

Rooms are clean and provide adequate space. Hotel in a great location surrounded by lots of conveniences.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Special thanks to chef Mr Jackson who is so caring and friendly. Due to special needs, Jackson is very attentive and prepares special meal with low carb and yet delicious. Highly recommend for this hotel. Definitely will come back again for next visit back to Taiyuan.

This is a well managed hotel. Location may not be the best as it’s 15 min drive from downtown taoyuan and quite a way to walk to the night market. There is a bus stop across the road that will take you to Taipei in 30 minutes. Staffs are awesome; breakfast staff remembered I liked my coffee cold so she brought ice to my table on my second visit, impressive! Front desk staff are eager to help and make sure my visit is perfect.

The hotel is very close to a river, unfortunately, the river smells pretty bad and I can sometime smell the odours.

Would definitely recommend friends to stay here. The bus to Taipei in 30 minutes is a big plus. Breakfast is excellent with great selection.

It’s great to choose Holiday Inn Express Taoyuan for my quarantine for 14 days.

1. Location: Easy access and only 20 mins from airport. It’s also few meters away to city centre.
2. Cleanliness: Extremely clean and toiletries are all in the place.
3. Value for money: High CP value
4. Facilities: A standard business hotel
5. Comfort: A pleasant stay with good sunlight during day time.
6. Staff: Vote full score 100 to all of their staff. When there is any request, they are always helpful and very efficient.
7. Free WIFI: The WIFI reception is not very good if you have conference call. It sometimes lags or lost connection. Not sure if because I stay at corner side.
8. Food: 3 meals are included per day during quarantine period. Breakfast is always good mixed with Chinese and Western style. Lunch and Dinner, they mostly provide Bendo Box but will change of dishes everyday. All meals are tasty and healthy - not oily and always with sufficient vegetables.

Clean and comfortable hotel, easy to reach from Taoyuan international airport or from Taipei.
We were passing through Taipei on a trip through Asia and stayed two nights. We requested early check in and were accommodated, our room was satisfactory. We didn’t expect a five star room but it was certainly comfortable.

We had one small issue with our room and the staff was so prompt in addressing the issue. They went above and beyond, the service here was better than many 5 star properties I’ve stayed at. Many of the staff speak fluent English. Thanks to the impressive staff of the Holiday Inn Express I can highly recommend this hotel.

Very very nice business hotel. Close to the airport, and close to where the factories are. Really helpful staff and they speak English well, even better than a Sheraton. Yes, that's not a fancy hotel. But if you are looking for a clean, safe, convenient environment, they provide an amazing experience.

Everything is good. Like my stay. Smaller room size but sufficient for biz traveller. Plus pt is river view.

Excellent food and great service. But it needs to be patience. It is not fast food restaurants. Enjoy and relax.

The Holiday Inn has always been good to me. This time im in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Im on the 8 floor in a corner room. The panoramic view is awesome. The queen size bed is awsome. The overall space more than adequate for one or two people. The breakfast was the best ive had in a few years hotel wise. The staff wis very professional, kind, and courteous. The location is away from any partiers but close to outlet malls and other shopping.

The front desk spoke great English and were very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service was quick and responsive. Location was convenient asthe was a bus stop right across the street

This is my go to hotel when on a layover in Taipei. It's a bit away from the airport but the price is right and there are several convenient places to eat nearby. Also easy to get into the city by bus.

A quarantine hotel with very friendly staffs. They are very detailed, and provide timely response to your requests and with great services. I’d highly recommend it!
