Chuto Plaza Hotel

Room service was amazing. The food was great. If you would like to go out at night you would need a form of transportation as the night life in the area is not the best.

We went as a family of four. This hotel has a lovely pool, gym and billiards. We went on a national holiday and it was super quiet. We basically shared the pool with two other families.
The rooms were comfortable and clean and we loved the welcome apples.
Dinner and breakfast were very nice. Not many people, but still a decent variety of food to satisfy my picky family.
This hotel seems to be used mainly by tour groups and airlines, hence us feeling as if we have the facilities to ourselves.
The location is not the best and there's not much to do or see, but it's a short taxi ride from Taoyuan train station,so very easily accessible to anyone in the Taipei area.
The staff were very friendly and courteous and the price was literally unbeatable for the value you get.
The only shortcoming was that the bar was never open.
We will definitely return. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Not situated in a nice area, but if you need a place for the weekend, then this is a fantastic place. It has amazing service, the food is wonderful, indoor pool and gym. Throughly enjoyable stay.

Staff communicate quite well in English.
I arrived at 2am and they were friendly and helpful.

It's a pretty decent place, big clean room and bathroom. A good amount of amenities (toothbrush, razor, floss etc).

3 meals a day, generally typical Taiwanese lunchbox meals, some were really good.

Foodpanda and Uber eats can be ordered, during certain times before breakfast, lunch and supper.

I spent my 14-days mandatory Taiwan Quarantine in this hotel. This hotel accommodate all your needs start from big room (roughly 30 square meter area), water kettle, drinking water bottle (a lot), some basic needs and toiletries (soap, shampoo, razor, dental kit, tissue, etc), even HALAL / MUSLIM meal 3 times a day. This hotel provide this Muslim dietary supplied from their CMA Halal Certified kitchen which very rare in Taiwan for Quarantine.

Beside the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean, heated toilet, and some international TV channel also help from get rid of boredom. Good service !

Very accommodating staff and nice ambiance!

Beautiful, clean rooms, excellent service, kind, compassionate service. I left my precious necklace in the room. I noticed it was gone hours later when the shuttle bus was already near the airport. The driver turned around, went all the way back to the hotel just to get my necklace. Thank God! The necklace was an anniversary present

I am currently stay here and their services are good! The staff also speak english to assist you. I am going to enjoy my 7 days quarantine here in Chuto. Every foods, meal was different and enough. From the box of full bottled water, hygiene kit from comb, toothbrush, shave, soap, shampoo, diswashing, soap powder for clothes, alcohol, are provided. They have a small electric kettle for hot water, mini refrigerator and television for entertainment, bathtub, automatic bowl that gives heat , the lightning ambience, cleanliness are also observed.

Very friendly staff. Was very punctual with shuttle van to airport. Upon arriving at the hotel was greeted at the door and was treated like royalty!!! One of the nicest rooms i have had. When i return to Taipei i will be returning to this hotel also.. amazing service!!!!

I am an international airline pilot and I've had to quarantine for over 140 days a yer since the pandemic started, let me tell you this is by far the best hotel I've stayed specially for long quarantine.

The good stuff:
- they have a competitive rate 2500nt including 3 meals
- they always have rooms available
- the staff is super friendly and helpful, they are always willing to help
- the meals are different each day which is a big deal because other hotels tend to repeat the dishes every 2 to 3 days
- fast and stable internet
- clean room and bathroom
- they accept food deliveries and take it to your room

The not so good:
- no microwave to heat your meals

This is my 3rd quarantine in this hotel and they always make it more liveable experience because the staff is kind and helpful and are willing to help you with your requests.

I had to stay here because of flight transfer ✈ ....Room for one person was a good size. Hot water was great for shower. Staff helped us to pull out the bags from the car. Receptionist was very helpful and WiFi for ea h room was separate without passwords. 🤘👻

Not bad for quarantine hotel compare to the cost!! Kind people there~!. You can order foods using Uber or Food Panda as there are some quarantine hotels restricts outside delivery. Foods are okay if you are familiar with Taiwanese food. The room inside is bit old (carpets, furniture, etc)

The food was really good. The chef was very helpful as he translated the menu for us and made sure that we had a good meal

We stay here for a night as a courtesy from eva air for our overnight transit. Its quite far from taipei and the airport but aiprort shuttle was arranged. The room we got are very big and spacious. The reception, Vanessa was really nice and helpful as we ask about where and how to go explore the city. Breakfast was great with a lot choices available.

Enjoying my 10 day quarantine stay. The service is professional and any requests or queries immediately attended to. Well done to the staff at Chuto Plaza.

Clean and cosy location, with a huge plethora of food to choose from for their lunch buffet. Spacious location as well

A nice big and clean room with complete amenities! And the breakfast is also good if you like Chinese or Taiwanese breakfast! They also have western breakfast too.

Good hotel in Taipei... The hotel clean and provides u great hospitality.The is very helpful staff and will guide u throughout your stay.
