Loved the hotel's location. Priced reasonably. My room was a very good size. Clean and efficient staff service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at HO Chinese restaurant, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

One of the standout features of the restaurant is its authentic Chinese-style environment. From the décor to the ambiance, it truly feels like you are transported to China. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the restaurant, and it adds to the overall dining experience.

But what really stood out to me was the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff. They were more than happy to provide suggestions and recommendations, and their knowledge of the menu was impressive. It's always a pleasure to see staff who are genuinely passionate about their work, and it adds to the dining experience.

Overall, I highly recommend HO Chinese restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Chinese dining experience. The combination of delicious food, traditional atmosphere, and exceptional service make for a truly memorable dining experience.

Loved the hotel's location. Priced reasonably. My room was a very good size. Clean and efficient staff service. Breakfast was so so only but overall a very comfortable and clean place to come back to after a long day of meetings.

The hotel has a Just Kitchen that provides Take away food. It has Western and local varieties. Hotel guest is entitled to a discount.

Nice Hotel. Great choice for business travelers in Hsinchu. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast starts at 6:30am with variety of choices. Will surely come back next time.

Two word summary: Absolutely amazing

In detail: Beginning with the check-in, I had no issues whatsover. The staff were very polite and walked me through all the necessary steps pertaining to it. Although I had arrived several hours prior to the check-in time, they'd allowed me to keep my bags there while I had to attend a conference.

The room itself was stunning. Filled with ample facilities' (one of the drawers even had a torch light that can be used in case of an emergency!). The bed and sheets were so comfortable that I could probably just stay there for hours.

Breakfast buffet was quite good too. It was filled with numerous options; a few vegan ones as well. Definitely worth paying the extra for.

All in all, I had a wonderful stay over here and I wholly appreciate all the efforts taken by the staff at Landis Inn. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed here for an academic conference (work travel) and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful despite my language barrier (I only speak English) and the rooms were fantastic. Unfortunately, I had to leave early for a personal emergency and the staff were very accommodating.

I would not hesitate to recommend this to friends. If I were to return to Taiwan again, I would happily stay here.

We stayed here in HO hotel, because it's near the exit of the freeway. The hotel has a Parking lot. The restaurant is good, has a variety of foods you can choose from.. we stayed here raining for all day. The hotel is quiet and smoke free.

Location is good for take a rest but quite difficult to find a food especailly dinner, hotel is very clean and breakfast is have many kind of food

Good business hotel. Room size is large. Maybe on higher side of cost, but very supportive English speaking staff

Very good facilities and environmental friendly policy, however, you could get everything you need from hotel.
Definitely will recommend to friends!

Called it home for 5 months and loved it, it made my stay in Hsinchu very pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor is quite nice and it has plenty of eating options available, convenient location close to both major universities, great place to ditch the dorm and move into.

Incredibly hospitable hotel. Very clean and new.
I think the primary customers are business folks.
Staff is extremely helpful and can help you do anything you need, helps you arrange it, etc.

Standard room is maybe a bit small but adequate.
Rooms have plenty if outlets and have international plugs on every outlet.
No irons in the rooms but there is an ironing board and iron in the laundry room.

There are 5 places to eat in this hotel:
Soup shop (called iNoodle) in the lobby is really good. We ate there several times throughout our 4 week stay.
The bakery in the lobby is really good and you can purchase coffee/tea. Try the chocolate buns!!
There are two more restaurants on the 2nd floor. The Versailles restaurant is where you're served breakfast which had the full Taiwanese spread. If you only want Western food, you might not be satisfied with the choices. The buffet is weighted toward Taiwanese tastes but everything I had was extremely tasty.
There is another fancier restaurant across the way from Versailles but it's a lot more expensive.
Also the 15th floor has a Sky Lounge which has a few snack plates and a mediocre selection of beer/drinks. I was unimpressed with the value from this place. It was much more expensive (3x) the price of iNoodle for the same beer. But it's nice to have a place close that is open late

There is a Hi-Life right outside the lobby which is attached to the hotel. It has plenty of options and it open 24 hrs. It's very clean and nice.

There's no pool here. If you need there are pools within walking distance at the University (indoor and outdoor) that you can pay to use and are very cheap.

The hotel has a sauna that is split boy/girl and you must be naked to use...typical Taiwanese thing.

Also there is an exercise/weight room.

There is a laundry room with 2 washers and 2dryers that cost 20ntd for each cycle. Soap is provided free.

Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Suggestions:
-Serve free coffee in the lobby
-Remove naked requirement from the sauna facilities (I don't understand why they do this)

Other than that great place. Highly recommend.

very nice new hotel. within walking distance to the university. English speaking staff. caring service. thoughtful facility. breakfast buffet is quite nice. good choice as the accommodation of conferences in NCTU or the science industrial park.

The best living choice for a business trip in Hsinchu, the design of the hotel is unique and the location is perfect.❤

Breakfast is good. Close to university, two swimming pools (around 3$ fee) and track (free) close by. Small Caffe with pastries on the first floor. Overall good hotel

The rooms are very good. The service is excellent and the facilities are really nice. The personal in the cafeteria is really kind and profesional.
