服務維修迅速、客服小姐態度積極、親切。
冰箱壞了，整個退冰不冷。從報修開始～到宅維修好，整個過程2個小時就搞定了，拯救了我家冰箱裡的食物。技師說：聽到是冰箱壞了，所以是第一時間趕來修理。真的是很貼心的服務與技術👍

家裡的冰箱壞了，原始購買的店家一直勸我買新的，說老冰箱沒修理價值，但因為是爸爸送的捨不得丟，我就直接線上報修，兩天就聯絡我了，維修人員來檢查後，四處詢問材料行找到可以替換的零件，把冰箱修好了，真的是非常感謝！修理完也會把東西歸位整理乾淨，很棒的服務！
