Chia-Le-Fu Night Market

I prefer this night market rather than the wenhua night market. At least the 2 store i patronise serve excellent food. Had 2 portion of stinky tofu and the milk tea is divine. Really sad to see alot of store is close, hope more people come and support them and revive it. Had many plenty of fun at different game store, the old folks stallholder there is all so kind and friendly.

Night market right next to Carrefour. Has a ton of food and games with lots of stuff you won't be able to find in a Taipei night market. The night market itself is two big alleys and opens up into a large open area where all the games and sitting areas are.

It's a pretty unique night market since it's more of the style of an older traditional night market. You'll find older style games like mahjong and ring toss but they also have tons of your average night market games too. They also have small carnival rides and a full arcade 😲

Overall, it's a fun night market especially for teens and kids. Has enough food and drinks to keep adults entertained too. And since it's next to Carrefour, it's a good way to spend an evening after eating in one of the Carrefour restaurants!

This is one of the biggest night market that I have ever gone in Taiwan. The night market has so many various kinds of foods, drinks, playgrounds, and the space for people to walk is bigger than usual night market.

There are also many clothes shops here, with cheaper price. If you like crispy stinky toufu, I recommend to try the stinky toufu here. It was not inside the night market, but near the U-bike station and Carrefour. There are also batting center, go-car ride, archery, etc. I heard that there is also a famous beancurd (tou hua) near the batting center.

This night market is pretty near from the train and bus station, so we dont need to worry much about the time to go back from the night market.

Variety of food here! 30 mins walk from the city centre but if you have time, it's worth to visit. Many interesting stuffs such as game, food, shops....! Another choice of night market in Chia-Yi if you are bored of the Wen Hua road night market :p

Lots of vendors for food and games, including arcade and amusement park rides for kids. Good selection of activities for younger kids on weekends, such as crafts.

Lots of places to eat it's also very large area fun for kids.

Numerous stalls outside the wholesale store where customers can taste local food and snacks after shopping. Things are not expensive here. Although the traffic is sometimes heavy and quite crowded during rush hours, this night market is still a good place to visit downtown of the city.

I like this night market because it is spacious to walk. Stall which provides steamboat. Game stations are plentiful and spacious too. Good for those who wants to go night market but afraid of crowds.

Really interesting night market with batting cage and archery, and lots of other small games. It has a mix of food stalls and shops. One of my favourite night market!

There are games and food, like a fair in the US. Highly recommend over chenhua if you wanna hang out and not focus on shopping

Try the Ancient Taste BBQ, big sausage little sausage and the Mongolian BBQ. Lots of game options here too.

Plenty going on, lots of very tasty and authentic Taiwanese foods. Worth a visit
