Excellent accommodation for muddy spring experience. Breakfast buffet could fit everyone’s stomach. Probably not convenient to foreigners due to poor signs but staff are always helpful.

Excellent hot spring variety and quality. Face mud masks repaired my sunburn, very good. Room has two individual hot and cold tub, so you can enjoy the hot spring water in your room. Breakfast is good. Proximity to coffee plantations and roasted chicken stores. Requires driving and roads can be a little winding. Please change the shower head so that the height and angle can be adjusted. The current shower head sprays the entire bathroom (including toilet seat) and can’t be adjusted.

Went there for the hot baths and loved it. Day pass for non-client hotels for $420. Towels and head cap included. 10+ different hot baths, a sauna and a hammam.

Great place to take a mud bath in Guanziling. Has many (outdoor) facilities for a spa day including cold/hot mud baths, low frequency thermo and others. Prices for a single person, including rent of head cap and towel, was 420ntd for the entire day and you don't have to be a hotel guest. Has cold/hot water stations and lockers available. Recommend to bring food and drinks/cups yourself as onsite options are limited, seating is available at the spa for consumptions of (own brought) food.

Amazing mud spa experience, one of it’s kind. The whole experience focuses on cleansing & detox. One must try out the restaurant where they serve the freshest organic food

We arrived at 6pm and stayed a night in this king garden spa hotel.

It is very comfy and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We took a 2 double bed room. There is a attached open area with 2 spa pools. 1 big pool for the hot mud with cold water outlet and another 1 pool just cool water

The bigger mud pool I'd good for 3-4 adults and in our case, very roomy for 2A 3 kids

It was so fun. Very spacious spa room with total privacy. The spa room comes with a huge window that has a blind. One can also look out of the room and overlooking the public pools just 1 level below and scenery around.

Not to mentioned room service breakfast due to the COVID situation. Only dine in in the room allowed. Sumptous and delicious.

There aren't many places to eat, and no 7/11 nearby (there is a Highlife), but their included breakfast was the best I've seen at hotels in a long time.

My wife and I have been to a few spas now, in Taiwan. This one didn't offer the extended outdoor nature hiking trails, or mountain hiking. It's more for relaxing without excersize. It was really nice though. The price is reasonable Mon~Thursdays (3000 NT+)

Oh my God! This place is Heaven! This should be a mandatory stop in your trip across Taiwan. The hotel is amazing, the room is big and comfortable and the buffet breakfast they provide is delicious and never-ending. There is a lovely patio where you can relax reading some book. The staff is warm and kind, and helped us understand everything. And the spa is simply perfect. You have so many options to choose from, so many things to do and relax. There is a wide variety of termal pools at different temperatures, jacuzzis, saunas, face masks, machines to relax your legs, stretch your back, it goes on forever. I believe if you spend two or three nights here you will end up feeling new. Completely recommend it! Our best time in Taiwan! Thank you so much for making us feel so relaxed!

Wow. This is a great place to relax and unwind. What an amazing stay we had here. I love the whitening and moisturizing hot water. The facial mud clay is super!! The spa area is also great. I just think that the pressure was too heavy. It breaks my bone. haha just kidding. All in all, best place to have a great weekend 👌

This is a unique place you need to visit in Taiwan. There are only three hot springs like these in the world! And the facilities in this hotel are the perfect environment for enjoying them.

We stayed in a “Tuscany quadruple room”, which was lovely. Huge room with all the amenities you would expect: sitting area, complimentary water, tea and coffee, electric kettle, toiletries, slippers, AC, TV, closet space. The private patio on the front of the room was the best part: two private tubs, one with muddy hot spring water, and the other with cold water! And also and outdoor shower, and sitting space for relaxing.

The spa was beyond our expectations: huge swimming pool where you can go with kids, hydrotherapy room with a lot of high pressure water amenities to try, steam room, sauna, and of course, so many hot springs tubs to choose from! There are muddy and clear water hot and cold spring at many different temperatures, some of them also have some beauty herbs inside. There is also a relaxing area to use different machines to help you relax and improve your blood circulation, and many facial masks with natural products to choose from! My skin was looking better than ever! They also have onsen japanese style where you can go naked to the hot springs (divided by sex).

There’s also an area to have some light meals and relax. It’s all surrounded by nature so relaxing here is very easy.

As you are in a very quiet place, they include dinner and breakfast so you don’t have to go out. Both meals are super abundant and very yummy!

Also, after you check out, you can continue to use the spa if you enter there before 11am. In the spa there’re lockers and showers, so I highly recommend you check out after breakfast and go in time to the spa to make the most out of your visit.

The staff was also super nice and helped us arrange our transportation to our next destination.

We’d love to come back here in the future!

So worth the unlimited entrance fee for the spa!! (~380nt) Wide variety of springs (varying temperatures, beauty water, mud hot spring, herbal bath with electro pulse massage, outdoor pool) and various other activities (massagers, back stretching contraptions, etc) and beauty (mud face mask, mung bean face mask, apple face mask, fresh skin toner)~ super enjoyed the herbal hot spring and also trying the fish foot pond where fish eat the dead skin on your feet!! Very ticklish at first but after a bit is very relaxing and fun 😶🤗
Make sure to bring your own towels and hair caps ~ also have drying machines for your swim clothes, and lots of relaxing seating areas both indoor and outdoor where you can lounge and bring your own food and snacks ♡

A really nice place to stay for the night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa and hotspring facilities are excellent.

Booked the private spa room, bed is comfortable and enjoyed the zen atmosphere as well. Recommended!

The public pools are great. They offer different temps, different oil pools, and a variety of other activities. We only had an hour and could have easily spent 4x that.

The building looks so grand and regal and reminds one of mountain cottages seen in European films. They offer a variety of facilities for you to relax including but not limited to hot springs, cold springs, hydrotherapy, fish pond for eating dead skin, hot oil bath, hot steam, and some others I didn't get to try.

Good variety of pools. I especially liked the mild electric current ones and the cold one.

Terrific hot springs experience! Staff was friendly. There was so much more than just hot springs. Would happily come back again.
