It's a little far from the hsr hsinchu station. Took us about 20mins to reach after transfer. So if you're lugging huge luggage, better to consider getting a cab. The stay here is fantastic.

Staffs are kind

Room is clean and doesn't smell. Just a bit outdated on certain part of the room like the bathtub but it's not a big deal. Service is excellent. Great job to the staff. They even gave me a breakfast sandwich to go because I checked out very early. Location is pretty strategic, Big City shopping mall and other food shops are just within walking distance. Nearby the hotel there is a small park too. Their buffet breakfast is nice too especially their fried rice and porridge. By the way they don't serve fresh juice for breakfast, it's a box drink.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff goes above and beyond.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It has a lot facilities including swimming pool, spa and sauna. Great breakfast with a lot of options to cater for everyone.

Nice hotel in good location, comfortable beds, and good accommodations. Breakfast is expansive and well done. Nice workout area and a pool. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hsinchu.

Would rate this place beyond expectation - business hotel and yet the hotel still managed to provide all amenities needed for families. Kids play ground comes with sand pit - very clean and kids can easily spend an hour in it. To my surprise they also have indoor poor and even SPA facility - all free for residents to use. Room is clean and space is reasonably large. Love the lobby most - nice garden view to enjoy a wonderful breakfast.

The room is very nice and the bed is very comfy.
Continental breakfast is good with some locals' favorite in it.
Location is also a good choice.

Room is large, clean, good view, and excellent maintained. Staff are helpful, buffet breakfast is excellent with western and eastern cuisines. The check in counter on 12th floor, above that are guest rooms. A very good view can see the main restaurant. Free 24 hours opened gym room, in door swimming pool and sauna facilities.

The hotel lobby is on the 12th floor! I asked the receptionist the reason why it became like this.Because SHIN KONG MITSUKOSHI department store located beneath this hotel previously,moved to other place recently.
By the way,the hotel room was clean and comfortable,the room size didn’t make me feel cramped as well.Most importantly,the bathroom wall is not transparent glass,instead,it’s definitely the concrete wall!

Absolutely loved staying here. I was here for 2 weeks and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! There are also many services and amenities that make staying at Grand Ambassador really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is suburb and you can do meals to-go as well~

Nice place to stay. Staffs are polite. Good mattress quality, bathroom and air conditioner. But the bureakfast buffet is over rated. And maybe because od my halal meal preference, I don't have many options. Overall, this hotel is amazing.

Very nice hotel and convenient to businesses. The people working here are friendly and extremely helpful with anything I need. Included breakfast is nice & convenient mall, grocery store & restaurants. I only wish they had an outlet next to the bed for charging my phone. Nice view from upper floors.

I've been staying in this hotel every time I travel to Hsinchu Taiwan. The service is great, and the room is clean all the time. It's close to a lot of things, such as the hottest mall in town (imoo) - Big City. It's less than 10mins walk, and there are a lot of nice eatery around the hotel, all within walking distance.

The weather was kind of chilling when we visited and the hotel aircon don't blow out enough heat, so we asked for a heater, it was delivered promptly, the room we stayed, the fridge was broken, we informed the frontdesk before we head out in the morning, when we came back in the afternoon, I think we got a new bar fridge. Amazing services!!

It is everything I can expect for from a 5 stars hotel.

Promenade is a wonderful restaurant. Very creative cooks and never get tired of inventing new creations. Styles are seldom repetitive so everytime you go there it's a new gourmet adventure.

Good location. Close the night market, a shopping mall, and next door to a department store.

The rooms are large with big bathrooms that have both shower and a seperate bath tub.

Lots of food choices with the three restaurants inside the hotel.
