辛苦的地政人員，鑑界的點在稻田裡，腳陷在水田內拔不起來，還好公司2位貼心的員工幫忙拉起來，像拔蘿蔔一樣，幫忙拉的跌坐在地上，雖然忙釘樁、噴漆，但是也有樂趣有笑點。

本所下轄鄰近東山、後壁等數區，地處外郊邊緣而洽公停車方便；所內，無論是線上洽公或是臨櫃辦理皆是受到熱誠和親切的服務，感覺是受到賓至如歸的喜悅！

環境很好，但是明明待辦人數只有2個，櫃檯的辦事人員也有2個，為什麼我只是申請個謄本要等20分鐘？重點是大部分的時間都不知道承辦人員到底在(裝)忙什麼！

服務態度不佳！感覺都在吹冷氣等領錢，明明都沒人要辦個東西說他們工作量很大很忙，問一下資料要怎麼填，一整個就不耐煩，一直要人請代書去辦，還有人在旁邊滑手機，無限傻眼，還好最後有遇到一個比較年輕的有熱心一點點，其他的老人真的讓人覺得就是坐在那吹冷氣等領錢而已。
