羽絨衣都拿到這家洗，洗得很乾淨，污漬都洗得很乾淨，價格也經濟實惠，不過原本店家預計的交件時間，沒有辦法遵守，老闆也未主動告知，是我去電詢問才說的，雖然說我洗羽絨衣是不急著拿，不過如果需要按時取件的話，可能需要注意。

和老闆約好隔天晚上要取件,取件當天中午老闆打來說棉被在別的地方烘乾他忘記拿了(?),要我明天再來,但我就當天需要使用到棉被,老闆就說什麼他還有其他事忙,口氣很差的掛我電話,真的莫名其妙,自己疏失還要顧客承擔,早知道就給別家洗
