Stay here for 2 nights. Location is very convenient. The rooms are very clean and service was very good. Breakfast was average and internet was little slow. The bed is comfortable and room was clean.

We only in their buffet resto so i cannot rate the room. Location is good. Service is very appreciated. and the foor is also good.

This hotel is Really Nice, stylish, modern, efficient. It has atmosphere, it has class. Rooms are very comfortable, everything perfect. It deserves 5 stars!

Clean and spacious room. Great facilities both inside and outside the room. Washlet, electronic toilet seat, is comfy an convenient. There’s even a beautiful church for the purpose of both photo-taking and the wedding. Super fast elevator and you only need to wait 2-4 seconds with every ride. However there is one minor issue: it’s pretty hard to find the socket when you want to charge your devices.

Attende a Conference meeting there. It having Imperial look from inside. The food quality and service was awesome. The was very helpful. Good place to stay and organize a function there.

Excellent hotel that is conveniently located near major shopping eating attractions, and a 10 minute walk from Hsinchu Train Station. Staff is professional and some staff can speak English. However, if you're a foreigner and can speak sime Chinese, then it would be more helpful for everyone. Rooms are very well decorated, quiet, and nonsmoking rooms do not smell like smoke from other rooms or floors that might have smoking (a common problem with hotels in Taiwan that have both). Beds were comfortable by Western standards, but might be considered slightly too soft by Asian standards. The one thing that really stood out above the rest was the complimentary breakfast. I have traveled all over Taiwan, and the breakfast buffet at this hotel is the best one. Very good selection of dishes (they even offered Yakult bottles, DIY bubble tea, french toast, and BOTH Haagen-Daz and Movenpick ice cream). Overall, if you're traveling to Hsinchu for business or pleasure, Fleur Lis should be at the top of your list for a place to stay.

We have done our wedding here. Vicky is really helpful. She help us with everything we need. The place is sooo good. Loved it.

Highly recommended place for a date and celebration. Foods are good. Especially desserts 🥰 and sweets.

We went to one of the Japanese restaurants inside Fleur Lis, and had a very filling and delicious multicourse meal. There was a hot pot dish with a really tasty Kombu broth.

Diversity of food is still Okay.
However if the option enhances,it will be better.
Environment is cozy.
Serving is good too.

Very good hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and always wear a smile. Highly recommended.

We celebrate company's year end party here at Fleur Lis. The accomodation was great. The food are delicious...
