The best quarantine experience. I stayed here for my 3+4 quarantine in July. Staff were nice and easy to communicate with through Line and the check in process was seamless. My room was super spacious and very very clean, I felt reassured that they cleaned thoroughly after each guest. For breakfast there was no choice, but lunch and dinner you could choose between 3 options. Meals were bought from local restaurants. Some meals were average, others were great. The hotel was very thoughtful and sometimes gave us afternoon tea - for those who have nowhere to go all day, this was a nice surprise and very touching. Location is great as it's in bustling area of Sanxia, so lots to explore. Would highly recommend staying here!

Business trip over a week, the staff are friendly, the hotel is pretty good.
The only thing that can be improved is that, if you need parking, you need to inform the reception every single time…

I accompanied a family member while she checked in and got acquainted with her room. Check-in was quick and easy. The decor in the rooms is cute - very lively and unique. I would absolutely personally stay here next time I'm looking for a hotel in the area.
