Definitely one of the best coffee places in Hsinchu. They got good taste of interior deco and great ambiance that is super friendly for work and study (outlet available for charging). Fair price for meal and drinks.

While the first floor can be a bit crowded and may not appear inviting from the outside, the real gem lies in the basement. This lower level offers the most comfortable seating and houses an impressive collection of books related to interior design, architecture, and home décor, which patrons are free to peruse at their leisure. Sadly, the second floor is usually closed, perhaps intended to encourage customers to utilize the main floor and basement areas first, although I cannot confirm this.

Absolut Klassik Coffee Shop serves as a wonderful place for studying or getting lost in a book, but it's worth noting that it has an early closing time, usually around 6 in the evening. Therefore, it's essential to plan accordingly if you're seeking an evening study session or relaxation.

While the menu at Absolut Klassik Coffee Shop may be slightly pricey, the overall experience and quality of offerings make it worthwhile.

A very cozy place with an outstanding ambience. Quiet and calming in a way that’s not boring. A variety of high-quality coffee and types of desserts can be expected. Always loved coming here alone or with some friends.

Absolutely amazing café!!

老闆娘說話很親切，三明治的豆漿吐司好吃，拿鐵也不錯，有一樓跟地下一樓（一樓坐滿之後會開放地下一樓），洗手間在二樓樓梯一上去的右手邊，不限時的咖啡店，很適合帶電腦辦公，聊天請注意音量。

不得不說杯子很美，拉花也是讚的，店家連杯墊都特製，整體超有質感！
「抹茶拿鐵」：抹茶味非常重，但不會把咖啡為搶走
「黑糖拿鐵」：黑糖味和咖啡很和諧，最上層還有黑糖粒

甜鹹皆有～可搭配套餐：包含沙拉、堅果燕麥優格和飲品任選折100
當天吃了「蜂蜜芥末雞肉三明治」、「培根馬鈴薯蛋沙拉三明治」
看起來都很普通，但吃起來都是水準之上！！
搭配的生菜和優格也很用心，生菜多樣～優格是無糖加上堅果和燕麥

當天有「芒果檸檬戚風$90」和「抹茶栗子巴斯克乳酪$90」
選擇抹茶巴斯克，栗子至少有兩顆以上～很有誠意
口問還不錯，也不會過於甜膩，甜點的價格ＣＰ值很高

Flat White很道地，和在澳洲的一模一樣！
三明治和生菜很搭，適合在認真讀書前享用，加上一片蛋糕就可以專心一整個下午了！

環境很美，店內非常靜悄悄，每位客人都專注在自己的工作世界裡，沒有聊天的客人，若是想要暢聊的朋友，請三思喔~
