梅竹山莊視野很好，高樓層看交大竹湖或光明新村很漂亮，社區門口有公車站和ubike站，非常方便，為交大教授首選社區

梅竹山莊是長期管理優良的社區，總是有熱心的住戶參與管理委員會

經梅竹山莊第26屆管理委員會討論，由湯景觀召委號招所有熱心参与的主角與配角們，舉辦了梅竹彩繪活動，都是最大功臣
