We Love Hotel

Best isolation hotel in Taipei! I found the service at the hotel immediate and excellent. Every time I had a query or concern my questions were resolved. Staff were also very polite and considerate for my needs. The hotel room itself is very comfortable and no outside noises kept me awake or disturbed me during my stay. The bed is a double king’s size bed which is perfect for the time I need to spend in quarantine. Also, the tv is quite large so it’s nice to have a home comfort. 謝謝 we love me word! =D

I have a restricted diet and they are trying their best to serve the foods I am allowed to eat (it's not easy tho)! So impressive!
During my stay here I really enjoy the time eventho sometimes bored but hey, the room has windows! and you can open it, so you can get fresh air!
It's definitely a bargain!!
I would love to recommend this hotel to everyone who wanna do quarantine in Taipei. Do not ever hesitate to book your room here :)))

It's my last night at the hotel as I'm writing this and I'll be out tomorrow finally. It's a bit challenging since I stayed at the hotel for 21 days straight but my whole stay was great to be honest. Very helpful and friendly, and accommodating staff, delicious and healthy foods and they also let you choose between 2 meals you want for lunch and dinner which is great so you get to eat which one you feel like eating. I am grateful they serves good meals that I didn't have to order from Uber or other food apps. And what I appreciate the most is the great customer service they have and they answer questions and requests right away! I even asked for them to pay for my airline booking at 7/11 which they did without second thought!

The room was good and nice with a minimalist ambience which I like and with big comfortable bed, hot shower which is a must since I arrived here during the winter.

And the RT-PCR arrangement was well organized and fast! I didn't have to go the hospital since there is a bus that came by in front of the hotel funded by the Taipei government and I got the result the same day!

I highly recommend this hotel and kudos to the staff for doing your job and for the great customer service!

I am glad I chose this hotel for my quarantine. My room was very spacious, the bathroom and shower also very large. The views were good being on the 8th floor. Every day we could choose between two options within the menu, which was very appreciated. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I recommend it!

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and the time passed really quickly. The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler, with a big bathroom, good desk and chair to work at, little closet for clothes plus a fridge. There were two large windows which opened really wide allowing for excellent ventilation. I even had a decent view which is not so common in Ximending. Staff were super helpful and professional and they made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

Love the place. Walking distance to top tourist spots and has heater.

Not quite a five-star experience but better than a four (for quarantine).
I dreaded the two-week quarantine in a tiny hotel room before coming; however, the big windows (could be OPENED) in the room made the stay much more tolerable. Being on the 7th floor, I got to see the blue sky even though there was no scenery in my direction. Although I had no direct interaction with the staff, whenever there was a need, they responded rather quickly. Due to the long stay, it was hard to get a good variation of meals; but they had tried and provided, mostly, decent food. The only things I wished to see were that there were more fruits and vegetables and some drink supplies without sugar/cream (only 3-in-1 mix available in the room). I had no problems with Wi-Fi as some others had mentioned. (Not sure that the hotel had control over TV programs which did not help much for the extended stay. )

The service at hotel is great. Staff responded to the requests quickly and provided the great services. They offered a variety of foods during the lunchs and dinners, which were delicious. I appreciated the WiFi to enable the internet/web works during the quarantine.

I selected this place as my quarantine hotel and I am highly recommended, the service is good, 3 meals are included with affordable price, and the environment is wonderful for one person with huge bath tub, I am very satisfied with everything.
Will be definitely your best choice.

6.在鬧區西門町裡面
缺點：
1.不適合淺眠淺眠淺眠的遊客
在鬧區裏面當然會被吵醒

與朋友一起住四人房，在西門町意外的房間算大的了，浴室空間也很足，水壓也很夠力！

第一次住在西門町的類似青年旅館，2晚不用4100,但因為我還不習慣床太低跟軟，但至少也已經回來了。

在入住期間確診，很感謝員工無微不至的服務，讓我整趟入住都非常舒適。
平日一天晚上均價約1200，在鬧區的一間房間算是非常相宜的價錢。住了大概5個晚上，整體來說非常舒服，隔音也不錯，景色是比較沒有，但這個價錢要求景色就太過於挑剔了。
唯一美中不足是馬桶在入住的第一天就有些微異味了，而且馬桶不能丟衛生紙，要跟自己擦屁股的衛生紙共處這麼多天可能不是每個人都可以接受（因為我確診，員工不能來收垃圾）。建議可能的話，可以用可溶性的衛生紙，跟提醒客人不能丟太多衛生紙進去。

這次從南部上來玩選擇北部最熱鬧的
西門町，這家飯店除了離捷運站很近
旁邊就是咖啡廳，在等待入住時間還有
地方可以先休息，真的很棒。
現場櫃檯人員很親切 又剛好遇到可以
免費升等有浴缸的房型，下次還會想在來住。

本次入住精緻4人房，於Asia yo訂房，體驗良好，CP質高，很推薦!
1.房間乾淨沒有蚊蟲，有自己的分離式冷氣。
2.浴室乾淨水量大且夠熱。
3. Wifi速度快，餐點有各種便當，食物有變化。
4.服務很好，備品補充快。
5.房間完全禁煙沒菸味，還有對外窗。

小缺點：只有隔音普通，偶爾會聽到隔壁的聲音，但瑕不掩瑜！

平台預訂，房間整潔，光線充足。房內備品齊全，櫃檯人員訓練有素，回應住客及提供協助速度一流！下次會再回訂重遊！

住宿位置離捷運非常近！！附近機能超好！想買啥喝啥非常多樣化！！住宿費也親民！！旁邊咖啡店內check in!!下次還會選擇這裡！！

這次4/20-5/1隔離心得

[環境] Wifi 速度快 (>40Mb/s), 浴室整潔乾淨, 雖然位於西門町但不會吵雜. 消毒良好, 沒有看到任何昆蟲.
[餐點] 餐點變化多, 隔離的 10天幾乎沒有重複的餐點, 分量適中。而且都好吃
[服務] 衛浴用品補充10分鐘左右就會送到, 並且有任何需求飯店人員很快就會回復 Line 訊息
[設備] 房間有自己的分離式冷氣, 冷房速度快, 並且較沒有隔房染疫的風險.
