New Taipei Metropolitan Park

Beautiful park close to the MRT with a ton of green space and so many slides!! More than you'd expect 😆. Came for the lantern festival, and there was plenty of room to walk around without getting squished by the crowd.

The park is really big and there is a bridge where you can bring your bike up with the elevator—and it's connected to the MRT station. The first time I went here was because of the lantern festival and I spent around 3-4 hours to explore. Due to the festival, there was also food stalls area where I and my friends tried plenty of foods & beverages.

Awesome park! If you take the mrt you can just slide right down to the park. Although it's very kid friendly; us adults were able to enjoy it as well. Make sure to try out the zip lines. The best one is the located on the upper deck that goes in a circle

Lantern festival with a lot of interesting activities, very beautiful, worth going

Awesome place for kids and families. Large green space and lots of slides and kids play facilities! Nice weather to be there too.

This playground is amazing. The playground is HUGE.
The kids and parents can spend time, do the picnic, ride the bicycle, ride the train and play together .. For the camping I suggest come and set the tent on weekend which is Saturday and Sunday. Accommodation is easy nearby the SANCONG MRT.

My kids call this the 100-Slides-Park cause there are so many slides here. It's easy to spend a whole day here, but watch out for the lack of shade in summer. Speaking of summer, there's also a cool waterplay area and bikes you can hire. The park is huge so chat with your kids about where to meet if you lose each other.

Awesome large park with different theme areas especially great for kids, picnics, and our border collie loved it. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Highly recommended. We checked out the 2022 lantern festival featuring many outdoor lanterns. Pretty neat but I thought the displays could be more creative and refined. Nonetheless well done overall.

The largest riverside park in town, is good for biking, playing soccer 🥅, and dog walking.

As long as the weather is good, you can even spend the entire day here with your family.

The kid’s facilities are excellent and are suitable for all ages. But sadly most of the longer slides are currently under renovation.

Better come during weekdays, to avoid large crowds.

Here has a breastfeeding room, a plus for breastfeeding 🤱🏼 mommies.

Obviously, there is plenty of space for you to enjoy.I've seen many people with their own tent.

Superb playground for kids. Such a huge area n many slides n etc for kids. Can come here by mrt or by car. Paid car park available. You Can spent whole day here with kids. Open area, not a good idea when it is raining. Light available during night time. Some seating area for resting n breastfeeding room available as well. Toilet and hand wash area available. The whole park playground is clean.

It’s a big city park with many out door facilities for children. Nice to spend a afternoon here whatever having picnic on the grass or cycling around Sanchong and Luzhou by the river. It would be even better if there are some bars or cafes by the riverside.

Very nice place for walking and relax

Perfect park to let kids play wild. Convenient to get to, (just right by the mrt sanchung stn) and all-age friendly from baby to elderly. Most amenities are wheelchair accessible. There are some restrooms and pavilions and only one or two vending machines.

This place is amazing for kids. One side has an enormous playground with slides, swings, and climbing. Better early morning to avoid the crowd and heat.

Beautiful Big Park for whole Family,Lovers or group walking and biking or solo.Many times here but yesterday visit was fun bcoz of newly built bridge going to I Do Park🤩 and Ocean slide.

A huge park, really huge, amenities includes multiple basketball courts, baseball court, lots of parking spaces, toilets everywhere, dog park, biking area, long concrete walk path.

Great experience for kids snd parents .There are so many activities for playing.Very impressive !

Great open park! Amazing Pokemon Go Safari Zone Event! Thank you Taiwan! Cool open space to walk around and do activities. Right below Shandong MRT only 1 stop from Taipei main station very easy to get to!
