Been coming here for over almost 2 years, excellent and professional gym. Lots of racks, lots of machines, weightlifting area is very pro. Staff is always great! Highly recommend

A massive facility, with friendly staff. Lots of options of different types of workouts, as well as classes. Open 24 hrs as well. Gah was very helpful, despite a language barrier 😂

This is a great gym but my five star rating is more for the personal trainer that I had, Wu Lun. She helped me out a lot, was super patient, very encouraging, and set up a nice program for me. She listened to what I was hoping to achieve and gave great instructions. She speaks English, French, and Chinese so communication is easy. She works very hard and gave me a lot of attention. And the best part of working with her is that my body changed more than I had expected. She has a high level of education in this field and always gave me great advice and guidance. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Huge, with a ton of machines and space for the evening rush. Clean and stocked with facilities and trainers. Worth a check if you’re here for the long term or short stay
