New gym in the area! Nice and clean.
The place is pretty small but they have modern equipment which targets more parts of muscles you want.
The shower and the toilet are clean and they provide high-quality toiletries.
Staffs are quite friendly, they do provide personal training.
Also, they sell gym clothes and protein too.

Ps: no signal because it's an underground gym. They provide wifi but sometimes the wifi is not strong enough.

健身房環境乾淨舒適~
感謝Kathy教練的細心教學及耐心指導，協助我從零開始建立對於重訓動作及使用器材的概念，教練常提醒做動作時不能讓自己受傷，因此當身體姿勢不正確時，會即時提醒且耐心引導我去調整動作。
很開心可以跟著Kathy教練學習，教練會根據我的狀態做健身菜單的調整，目前健身一年多了，能感受到體態的變化及肌力的增加，推薦Kathy教練的專業教學及健身房的環境，有機會可以來體驗~
