新竹安捷國際酒店 AJ Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel several times on business trips, and I always find the rooms to be very clean and the service to be perfect. The staff are friendly and always greet me with a smile. As I leave early in the morning and miss the breakfast served at 6:30 AM, I requested a daily lunch box to be prepared for me, which I could enjoy after working out in the hotel gym. The bento lunch they provided was always well-prepared, healthy, and delicious. Overall, AJ Hotel is one of the top-notch hotels in Taiwan.

A very convenient place to stay right next to Hsinchu HSR. The nautical theme is a nice touch.

Reasonably priced well located comfortable hotel. Right next to the hs train station.

Restaurants could have more Global cuisine. Everything else is Excellent.

I have stayed at AJ Hotel in all my past 3 times that I visited Taiwan. Its a great place to stay with all the people being very courteous. Rooms are comfortable and the stay has been good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends/ colleagues. The only problem that I face (being a strict vegetarian) is about food. However, AJ has helped me even in this by providing some food at night during the snack hours. If this aspect improves, it would be a far more better place to stay.

Solid choice connected via skywalk to the HSR and TSR Hsinchu station. Western style hotel with nice amenities including bathrobes, slippers, Cha Tzu Tang toiletries, and a decent free breakfast with western and Asian options. Very clean, almost new, and parking is provided with validation. A shopping mall is on the bottom floors of the hotel, but it is a bit sparse with very few food options, likely due to the lack of travel from the pandemic. Highly recommend. Front desk staff spoke perfect English.

Had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Convenient location and great services. My only recommendation is to have a printer in the business center. I had to ask the reception to print out the document I need and the charge was a bit unreasonable. 5 ntd per double sided paper. It would be more convenient to provide a printer especially for business customers!

Excellent location next to High Speed Rail station of Hsinchu. Clean room, great breakfast, good price.

For business travel is great.

For tourist, the down side is hotel is not in the downtown location with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend, very clean, free WiFi, includes breakfast n late night supper. The shopping mall or plaza down stairs is a wonder land for both adults n kids. Outlet stores n huge indoor play ground.

Brand new modern hotel near TRA and HSR stations in Hsinchu. A good option if needing to travel and stay close the HSR station. It's really 5 minutes walk (or even less). Wide and comfortable rooms, modern and sleek design and spacious lobby and hotel layout. Breakfast was excellent. We would return.
