前幾年景氣不好的時候還要求員工共體時艱怎樣怎樣的，薪水分兩次給，開始打雞血說以後公司怎樣怎樣反正一堆餅、簽了一堆字，到公司盈利了9位數了，還在發1個月的年終，颱風津貼沒有加班費但會有津貼不到600，傘哥潔日各1000 這可是公司恩惠給予真的好棒棒👍希望董事長身體健康🙏

公司好不好，都是依法，符合法規，員工有反應，各部門也努力處理，勞資會議，能處理就立馬處理，但員工素質真的差異很大，說真的，有很多人生活習慣很差，水準很低，在非吸煙區抽菸，口香糖老是丟小便斗，泡麵老是倒飲水機，飲水機開水就讓他一直流，廁所衛生紙拉滿地，用餐後不收拾，隨意丟垃圾，廠區停車隨便停，有時候要求別人，先把自己本分做好，真的不要一邊領著薪水，一邊破壞，誰都不欠誰，把規矩做好吧
