在ibon取票，其實網站和票面都有寫是出發站發車時間，非中途站新竹發車時間。9/11晚間打電話至站點詢問等候時間，男性服務人員態度極佳，9/12早上搭車櫃檯女性服務人員也不錯，還會提醒客人幾點幾分前記得回來等車。等候區沙發椅很多且舒適，推薦。

買到高雄車票時的櫃檯先生服務態度很好，後來因為疫情關係行程取消要退票，當時櫃檯小姐說這次因疫情關係退票就不扣票務費，全額退票，這點也很讓人感受很好，讚。
