Both room and bathroom were spacious❤
What i love the most is the happy hour at night fr 8pm to 10pm.Drink all u can any kind of drinks with light snacks🍻🍻🍻 And of course the buffet breakfast. I love all the foods. Really nice and tasty😋😋😋

I like how it is conveniently located near MRTs, bus stop and there is quite a number of food and convenient store nearby. Room is clean and ambient is relaxing. Only thing is I prefer brick more than carpet floor. Free beer and snacks at a specific time too! Staff there was also friendly and help a lot.

Shout out to Tina W. for assisting me with ordering a pepperoni pizza from domino's. She sat there with us until we were satisfied. The people here in Taiwan are very nice compared to America. Thank you Tina for your hospitality!

The room is a bit on the smaller side, but there is laundry and a gym provided for free. Free flow beer is also available from 8-9 pm, which comes with plenty of snacks. The hotel is located next to a bus stop and 8 min walk to the mrt. There is also a 7-11 nearby.
There is a bathtub.

Awesome hotel. I have been on a 15 day trip and this is my final hotel, and the best so far.

The customer service at reception was very courteous and attentive. The staff were helpful for travel tips around the city. Breakfast was good.
The room was clean and comfortable. A convenient 5 minute walk to the metro. In general, the hotel facilities are in great shape. The gym could have a little equipment upgrade (weights).

This has been the best service hotel I have ever stayed in. They remembered all the needs of my baby and accommodated us without us having to ask at breakfast. All the hotel staff were so kind. Simply excellent. Will stay here again!

Located across the river close to the Orange line subway. Hotel service was exemplary and very professional. Breakfast buffet very good. Free self service laundry. Nice gym. High quality room finishings, bedding, and linens. Staff spoke English very well. Highly recommend.

Hotel Room spacious. We book for Superior Family Room. For 3 person. Good enough. Location to the train station walking distance 5-7mins. But if you need to go centre area taking the train journeys quite a distance. Hotel walking distance to night market about 15mins. But the food friendly speaking so so only. Is a quiet night market I can say. Overall a good stay. Nice Hotel. You can't compare much. Either good location or great Hotel.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Although they have difficulty communicating in English, you can get by.. Breakfast buffet has decent range of choices.

What I like the most is that their complimentary water are in refillable bottles instead of disposable plastic ones. 👍

A nice hotel in xinzhuang. Rooms are well kept and the hotel service was kind enough to reheat our food that we bought outside.

We had a flat tire today. They let me park in the plaza instead of the basement in case of being unable to drive up from the basement the other day. They are really nice.

Great hotel, clean rooms. However, Breakfast lacked different food variations. Facilities were good, although the gym was small. Room was big and the pricing is reasonable in such a location. Recommended!

Guangzhou has some beautiful spots and the Chateau de Chine is one of them. The park across the street along the river is easy to access and beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. Dinner buffet is pricey and only good for meat lovers.

The hotel itself is rated as four stars as evidenced by the small red plaque by the entrance, but what we got was somewhere in between four and five stars in terms of the quality of rooms, the amenities and the service provided. The room we got was an executive one on the 11th floor but don't let this fool you as the rooms on the 7th floor have a similar size and the bathrooms are identical, with the work desk being the only difference. The hotel has a workout area (7th floor) with a line of cardio equipment and a few free weights and right beside that is a lounge (called recreation area) where there are tables to pass time and chat, a coffee machine present, with a water dispenser. In the second part of this lounge is the laundry area with detergent provided. Breakfast is served at the lobby cafe for all guests, WiFi is free which are expected, but two things surprised us in particular. The first being the complementary VIP happy hour from 7 to 10 in the evening where drinks are served for free with some small bites. The second was the private sauna which you can reserve (had a jacuzzi, bathroom, shower, steam room and sauna).

Excellent hotel with great service! They gave us a free bottle of wine and chocolate because it was our anniversary!

Amazing experience! It’s such a grand hotel and my first time staying in a eco-friendly hotel. Would definitely return!
