Fullon Hotel Taoyuan

Room is very clean and with fresh indoor air. Bed is comfortable. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, especially thank front desk manager Cassandra for her help and her passion and dedication to the work. Great city view from room. 15-20 min away from airport. Free breakfast is amazing with variety of tasty foods. Highly recommended.

Restaurant is excellent. Staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. Great location in Taoyuan downtown.

Don’t really understand why it’s rated so poorly. I though the dim sum at the fullon hotel was delicious. I loved the radish cakes and the sweet and sour ribs. I think it’s one of the best dim sum places I’ve been to in Taoyuan

We stay at the Fullon Hotel because our flight was delayed but is very happy with the hospitality. The hotel is clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

This hotel have high stars for comfortability. Breakfast food is also amazing. Window view showcases Taoyuan city view. Top floor have swimming pool sauna and gym. It also offers a garden in different floors. Totally amazing experience staying on this hotel for one night.

Very pleased with stay here. Concierge was super helpful when without our knowledge my MacBook slid out of an open bag onto floor under the driver’s seat in our taxi to hotel. We suspected a “pickpocket” type theft in the lobby. They quickly ruled that out by happily reviewing security footage for us. Then the concierge proactively called airport security to make a report of the loss. We went to sleep, and woke up to find a note slipped under our door explaining the computer was being held at the airport’s lost and found department!

Before heading back to the airport to successfully retrieve the computer (along with $200 USD cash in the computer sleeve), we enjoyed Fulton’s expansive breakfast buffet arrayed with many Asian and western options. It was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve tried in Asia.

Before our extended 1pm checkout, we also spent an hour enjoying the spa on the top floor, which has a views from the 16th floor, a large mineral hot bath, a smaller cold plunge, a steam room, a dry sauna, and showers. The spa has matching facilities for women and men. There is also a warm season outdoor pool (still closed when we visited in March).

I really rejoice in the honesty and diligence of many Taiwanese people. The Fulton Hotel’s staff are to be commented! Thanks Fullon folks!

Stay overnight at a great rate with the subsidies from Taoyuan government! Cozy room with above average quality! The well trained staff are impressive! The complimentary breakfast is another plus!

Great Service and Onsen

Pros:
Polite staff
great onsen. (there are 2. indoor and outdoor which is rotated between men and women use every week.)
many good restaurants around, including McDonalds
located in an upscale residential area of Taoyuan. Surrounded by nice buildings.

Cons:
Hotel is dated but very clean.

Very clean hotel with good amenities. The location is perfect with a Carrefour supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with some vegetarian options. There could be more vegetarian options.

After staying hotels in yi lan and miaoli， tpe is definitely much better.
