I have recently quarantined here and the service has been excellent. The room is spacious enough to do exercises, the facilities provided work well, with fantastic water pressure in the shower. The bed is comfortable and large, which is definitely appreciated. The team working here are extremely responsive on LINE, and have no issues with any requests you might have (topping up on coffee, etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

stayed here for 14 days...
the service was great. whenever I would order food (there are a lot of choices due to the location), the staff would deliver it as soon as possible. If you have any questions, you can always ask them through line and they respond pretty quickly.
the room was nice. even though the room was small, there's a window so it doesn't feel as cramped. everything was clean and all the necessities were provided. overall, it was a great stay :))

I stayed at the hotel for the mandatory 14-day quarantine period for arrivals to Taiwan. I chose the hotel because it was conveniently located (for my friends to bring me food, and come to see me from the window), the pricing of the hotel was also very competitive.

The room itself is not big but it has everything you need - a double bed, a good sized TV, a kettle for boiling water. The bathroom is good sized, with a small bathtub. The water pressure and temperature are very good.

The biggest positive aspect of the room is a large window that can be opened completely - this really helped me to survive the quarantine period.

The hotel reception staff are very helpful and punctual with delivering food and any deliveries (from Uber Eats, Food Panda, etc.). They are help with anything you need via LINE chat. My Chinese is not good so I managed to handle everything in English.

All-in-all it was a good experience and I would use this hotel again for a quarantine in the future.

I stayed for a 14 day quarantine period. There are 3 key positives that enhances my experience this time as compared to the others I had used for quarantine.

1) The food is surprisingly good and thoughtfully considered my food preferences and allergy; which I had stated upfront. This is top concern for those picky about food or constraints.
2) The internet connection is pretty stable and consistent. This is important for those working offline during this period and doing key meetings and sale conferences.
3) The water pressure, the hot water and bathtub essentially made the ending point.

Why? At this price-point, this is considered a good quality quarantine hotel experience. Having stay at much more expensive ones previously and getting disappointed, this is a much better stay for those is looking for affordable and yet a good quality stay. But of course, be cordial and nice to folks, it does goes a long way. The staff will be helpful and informational. So a 5 star review!!!

The room was comfortable, with a big window for daylight and good view, good lighting in the room, AC working ok, it has WiFi with good connection, a small fridge, cable TV, the bathroom has a bathtub and hot water at any time. You have everything you need to pass quarantine comfortably. 3 meals a day, water, juices and fruit, the staff immediately provides what you need (soap, drinking water, garbage bags, change of towels and bed sheets, they bring you your Uber food), excellent service. 👍🏻

The room is overall good and clean, the services is excellent, each room have a huge window, but the only downside is the room's sound isolation.

Nice room, staff was very friendly and the food given to us was really good as well. Internet connection was also quite good.
