The place is have good atmosphere, silent inside the building. Good to work.
The TFC 1 parking fees are really high. Recommend you to park roadside parking if you are not employee in that building.

這是一棟台肥經營非常漂亮的辦公大樓
大樓大門很難找的一個地方🤣
大樓正門大廳在這棟大樓的西北方(以google map的方向為基準)
假設你從愛買走過來，面對大樓右手邊這條路走到底左轉就是大廳了
大廳很美、中午都會放鋼琴曲，有桌椅可以坐在這邊放空或是找理專阿還是保經阿來聊天
警衛們秘書們都很熱情有禮貌，大樓非常乾淨整潔，看的出來他們很用認真在維護，所以大家不要一直摸鏡子，北北很辛苦的
東勢街上有全家便利商店，但不是24H就對了
一樓有客美多咖啡、二樓有晶宴會館、三樓有健身工廠

總之，新竹房價飆漲，上班幾乎占滿你醒著的時間，
如果你買不起房子，我建議你不如找個美輪美奐的工作環境比較快，所以趕快來這棟大樓上班就對了...

這是新的台肥商辦公大樓，面對公道五路三段是將來商場預定，三樓是已開的健身工房，後面才是辦公大樓，正門口與公道五路三段平行的，上班的人大部分都是後面碼頭從東勢路走進辦公大樓。

去客美多咖啡，停車在此。禮拜天中午停車位很多，乾淨舒適。要注意電梯有分可以到客美多、跟不能到客美多的，不要搭錯！
