墾丁海洋瑜伽 / Ocean Yoga Kenting

With Jay's guidance, you can expect a holistic peace-making with your body, mind and soul. During my short stays, I had Yinyasa, Yin yoga + Tibetan bowl + Sunset Beach yoga with Ocean Yoga and it was one of my best highlights in Kenting. If you are looking for a teacher who radiates determination with calmness, she's the right person for you. Additional highlights are the interior and exterior of the studio, you can find some resemblance of Indonesia here and i absolutely love that kind of meditative vibe.

Jay is a very patient and friendly teacher. My first session with her is the sunrise yoga by the beach. It was such a relaxing and amazing experience listening to the sound of the waves and feeling your entire body relax and become one with your surrounding. Highly recommended.

While in Hengchun for a few days, I happened to come across this yoga studio while searching for a place to dine. Struggle for choosing singing bowl yoga or red wine yoga. Finally chose the singing bowl yoga and it’s definitely the right decision.

The studio is lovely and comfortable! Jay, a patient and flexible teacher, tailors the practice to your body’s needs. Highly recommended for those seeking a space for yoga, meditation, and relaxation, no matter you're a local or a traveler, just come and experience it!

If you enjoy yoga, sunrise, and ocean, a beach yoga session with Jay is a one in a life time experience you must try!

As yoga beginners, we can still feel that Jay is very professional, who took care our poses and mindset during the whole session. She also agreed to shift the class 30 min earlier to let us enjoy the moment from dark to sunrise.

At the end of the session, we were very lucky to see a rainbow in the sky. Definitely the best morning I’ve ever had in Kenting!

Jay and her boutique yoga studio made my stay at Hengchun a much better one. Jay’s teaching and the sweet classmates make me realise how yoga connects people. The classes help level up my practices and overcome my fear of failures when attempting advanced postures. The unlocking of new asana and even the efforts of perfecting the old asana bring inspiration to me on a physical and mental level. Overall, I would recommend you to come here and immerse yourself in her classes. If you are an absolute beginner, you should check out the fun classes such as beer/wine yoga 🥂

I had a great beginner Yoga experience and Jay is able to give clear instructions and guidance. After each session, I felt a lot more flexible. The class is also a great workout! Recommended for everyone in Kenting who needs their Yoga fix.

Had a sunset beach yoga session with Jay at South Bay. Such an enjoyable experience as the teacher is very attentive to students’ need. You can expect to practise safely and treasure the beauty of the nature all at once.

Amazing beach yoga with Jay!

身為瑜珈愛好者，一看到有沙灘瑜珈就忍不住報名了，沒想到剛好遇到颱風過後大雨不得不取消，好在有老師的熱情邀約，讓我能在離開墾丁的最後一天留下這麼美好的回憶，也遇到了一群可愛的同學❤

第一次在沙灘做瑜珈，聽著海浪的聲音令人感到放鬆、療癒，一旁也有寄居蟹和螃蟹與我們作伴～
Jay老師很細心，會觀察每個學員的身體狀況，視情況調整動作並給予指導。
老師的口令很清楚，不用擔心動作不會做，初學者也能安全的完成頭倒立，老師會當你的牆🤣

教室有提供瑜珈墊及各種輔具很方便
小班制教學 老師可以顧及到每位學生
Jay老師很親切 會依每個學生的程度做調整
另外蠻喜歡的一點是白天的課 都會有一些核心訓練🌟 所以來上課不只能伸展 還能訓練肌力 蠻好的😍

Jay 老師會隨時協助調整姿勢，也會因每個人程度調整難易度，最後還會給一個小挑戰，協助做一些想嘗試但較高難度的動作，和 Jay 一起度過了一個很棒很舒適的午後🌊☀☁

來到恆春旅遊短居，在氛圍的渲染下，體驗在地的瑜珈課程，做完真的筋骨通暢，好舒服☺

而且空間很舒適，搭配外頭的陽光，享受當下的感覺真好。

Jay是一位溫暖且會觀察學生狀況的老師，十分推薦她的課程。我在恆春一週的假期中安排了一天的沙灘瑜珈，與在教室不同，身體更貼近大海與土地，伴隨自然的浪聲、老師的引導，進行一場很專注、身心舒暢的練習。很棒，謝謝海洋瑜珈。

去年就開始注意墾丁海洋瑜珈的課程，尤其是海灘瑜珈真的太酷了，這次獨自一人安排了四天三夜的假期，專程來這裡上了六堂瑜珈，完全接地氣、完全與大自然合一的感覺就像是充電滿格一樣，教室環境也很度假風，邊做瑜珈邊聽鳥叫蟲鳴聲，看著門口的仙人掌映著樹的光影，吹著四月最涼爽的微風，做瑜珈變得不只是一種運動，還滿足了視覺與感官的享受。

Jay帶課程的方式也很棒，循序漸進讓我重新熟悉我的身體，就像尋寶一樣，每一次的課程都會發現自己又進步了一點。Jay 會直接幫學員調整身體用錯力氣或是不夠用力的地方，也會看顧著每一個來上課的同學姿勢與動作，認真的態度讓我想偷懶都覺得不好意思😅
