Had a great time, first time in Taiwan and had booked on this hotel.

This hotel is 24 mins away from ximending it has a comfortable rooms, laundry and gym! You should try going here when you go in Taipei!

That is very important to have good English speaking staff (especially receptionists) at a hotel industry.
The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, the rooms are good.
Perhaps the only things can be improved are:
1. the coffee machine at the restaurant
2. the availability of the lobby and the longer drinks serving hour. =D

This place was right off the train and the staff was very nice. If you are looking for a clean and modern place to stay for a transit into the city I would definitely recommend. It's only a 40 minute train ride from the airport and 20 minutes into Taipei. The bathtub was awesome because I was able to sail after a long travel day.

I think this hotel is so good. Room is very clean.

Great service. The rooms are very clean and modern. USB port above the desk is for playing your own movies or shows on the big screen TV. Loved the large soaked tub. Very good price.

I had a long layover and decided to stay over night here. 35 min from TPE by train (80NT$) plus 5 min walk. Safe area. Clean and large room. Very comfy and great value. Highly recommended for transit travelers.

Friendly staffs. We stayed here twice during our Taiwan trip. Rooms are furnished with International power sockets, wifi, tv, shower&bath, beds are comfortable and clean. Breakfast included with room booking and food is generally good. Hotel is 15mins walk to Danfeng MRT.

Really very cost effective, rooms are more spacious, many other standard facilities good, enjoyed the dinner. Good proximity to Taiwan metro rail. Can travel to airport directly.

In the district of Taishan of New Taipei, this Hotel is a new structure (only one year of age), 13 floors, big rooms and with an expert and attentive staff. Beatiful experience
