Din Tai Fung

I tried DTF in many countries and the taste is all the time the same : simply great. My favourites one are the one with crab , the veggies and the hot chocolate. We wait less than 15min to have a table. This was announced when we arrive. No booking is done in advance, you are in the line when you arrive.

Din Tai Fung does not miss!!! The thinnest XLB you ever did see. The only missing thing is they only have white vinegar and not the rich black vinegar of Shanghainese cuisine.

All their other food is great as well. The local veggies are fresh, the beef tendon soup is beautifully flavored... perfect.

Really nice, attentive service as well. And they're great with kids!

When traveling to Taiwan, you must have a meal at Din Tai Fung. It is the most advanced presentation of Chinese breakfast. Exquisite meals and warm service will definitely make your trip even more beautiful.

I was expecting the food to be more spicy. Even with the extra chili sauce still not enough for my taste.

The transparent dumpling skin makes it different and difficulty of making.

Also efficiency is an essential ingredient of time management. They try to service you fast and better, but need to clean up fast to serve next as well.

Customers love to come and even wait for an hour. The HongKong stores even received one Michelin star⭐.

One of my favorite restaurant from Taiwan. DING TAI FENG provides the consistant and quality steam buns with the hand made skin for all flavors of steam buns. The source spicy soup are well made and balanced. It never frustrates me.

Has also vegan menu with many options. Service is exceptionally good and overall very efficient (order while waiting, orders fulfilled fast)

Excellent, just as you would expect at Din Tai Fung. Workers are always polite and have great serving etiquette. Food is always the same, outstanding. The bonus of this location is very little wait time during the week, from our experience. Great option all around.

Excellent restaurant with various options of food. The service is incredibly nice with staffs that tried to make our time there as enjoyable as possible. They constantly check on your needs, like giving you more tea when your cup is empty. I could say they have the best service throughout all restaurants in Taiwan. Definitely recommend for lunch and dinner!!!

First time trying Din Tai Fung in Hsinchu. The food and service quality is consistent with the OG one in Taipei. The dining area is spacious, very suitable for groups of friends and families.

Service is good and friendly. Parking is conveniently shared with the department store. It’s always long line waiting on weekends. But definitely worth it.

Great dining experience. The food was superb, not just the dumplings but the sides and beef noodle soup too. Really attentive staff. It's a shame the UK only has outlets in London right now.

Everything was delicious... My favorites were the pork dumpling as well as the dumplings with chili sauce. Great service and the food arrives to the table quickly.

Amazing experience of eating xiaolongbao. Finally I can eat xialongbao which is very rare to be served without pork or pork broth. It is tasty. The restaurant served with very beautiful manner. They also told us when there is menu with pork so we can avoid it as muslim. Best place to eat traditional food of Taiwan in well international mannered

Steam bums always is good. You can't go wrong with it .
