SOL HOTEL

Nice and comfortable hotel in a good location. The hotel is within walking distance to the Hsinchu Train Station and Hsinchu Bus Station the Dongmen Traditional Market and the Big City shopping mall. The rooms are big and comfortable and somewhat well insulated from the city noise. There is an elementary school just next to the hotel and the rooms facing the school may hear some noise from the school but it is not too bad.

The location was convenient. Near to train station and Hsinchu City God temple. They had their own parking lot on B1 and also had two special parking lots(東大&府後）. Just remember to get the coupon to validate your parking fee when you checkout. Spacious room. Large bed which was two single beds combined. Toiletries were available at the lobby for self-picking. The TV had chromecast so you can watch YouTube and Netflix. There were some cookies and drinks on the first floor. Friendly staffs and sufficient service. It cost NT$3300/night on weekends. Overall we had a great experience at SOL hotel. Will come back next time.

I was quarantined here. It was really, really, really good. The service, meals and facilities were all perfect. It was like any other five-star hotel. "Especially, the meal was really delicious." The special meal prepared on the last day really touched my heart. Please come to this hotel, everyone. You will never regret it!!! I am grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness!

Very nice hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large variety of items. The Italian restaurant next door is pretty nice as well and conveniently attached to the hotel.

Rooms are huge. Just had an issue with my Aircon as the fan wasn't blowing cool air in our family room

Great location near the river and city center, clean and nice room. Little bit old but totally acceptable with reasonable price.

I did my mandatory quarantine here and could not have imagined a better place to stay. The staff were very helpful and saw to it that I was well provisioned and informed. I absolutely would come back again.

Nice hotel, room is big. Location is very convenience. Walking distance to train station, Big City shopping mall and I even walked to Far Eastern Department store!

Aside from the third floor all the fifth and ninth are newly renovated.
Comfortable chairs to work in. Great work hotel.

Most dwellers are not on sightseeing, they are more for seminars or business trip. Quiet and peaceful.
