The Carlton Hotel

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay here with my family of 4.

The reception was very friendly and warm. And it’s very clear they make efforts by providing free coffee and barley tea in front of the lift lobby.

The best part is the free use of washing machine and dryer with free liquid and powder detergent. The machines are very clean and well maintained despite that they are free to use. Guess what, we workout and a few games on the pool table while waiting for our laundry to be done! 😍😍😍

All said, the reception really wowed me when we had a problem with the toilet on our second night. They were prompt in offering us an adjacent room to sleep while keeping all our belongings at the same room (cos we are checking out the next day).

If this is not excellent service, what is?

Thank you once again, and when are back, I will definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.

PS: Location was excellent and you will be surprise how accessible it it to HsinChu City God Temple! Also with regard to the rooms, they are clean and highly functional with good layout. Dated design? Abit (early 90ies) but heck, I will be back any time!

They have the most comfortable mattresses around. Utterly heavenly nights sleep. Staff were friendly and location is good.

雖然房間略顯陳舊，但房間有免治馬桶也有大台吹風機、硬枕頭，多拿毛巾棉被不會跟你囉唆直接給，地點優、早餐好吃、房間乾淨、冷氣超級冷，員工親切有禮，頂樓還有免付費的洗衣機連烘乾也不用錢，健身房設備也是很充足還有桌球桌跟撞球桌，雖然不是親子飯店但小小孩們在這裡玩的很開心，cp質很高啊！

離廟口夜市近，步行約10分鐘，此次入住3人房，有2張雙人床，床十分舒適，浴室是乾濕分離也有浴缸空間很大，自助早餐非常豐盛，值得推薦。

除了熱水很難調整，其他都很滿意，下次會考慮再入住

房間很不錯，就是老飯店氣息，空間很大，還有飛輪可以運動，也第一次住到兩間雙人房能夠相通的大房間！

唯獨早餐的時候，服務人員問幾號房用餐的時候讓我不是很開心，還特地打電話問櫃台我是否有付費自助早餐，感覺好像我沒付錢一樣，應該是要走過來問而不是大眾大家問！感受不是很好～

房間寬敞舒適，房內環境衛生還是需要每位住客共同維護的，衛浴設備有乾濕分離式，還有免治馬桶超方便的，房間的隔音還不錯，就是排水管的聲音在晚間睡覺時感覺比較明顯，特別感謝房間還有第四台可以看到，這在很多旅館都沒有的，推薦要在這裡吃早餐，中西式早餐有多樣選擇，非常棒👍

地點好，離城隍廟近，但停車要找一下或路邊停車，乾淨cp值高，有浴缸，周圍很多美食走路就可以到達，值得推薦！

方圓1公里內，用走路的可以滿足你所有需求，兩個小缺點：1.沒有停車場，要自己找停車位。2.早餐普普。

房間大、彩光好、床是king size，浴室乾濕分離，浴缸很大、水壓很足又有免治馬桶。在10度以下的寒流天來入住，暖氣超舒適的～冷天睡得很好，整體cp值非常高。唯一小缺點是本次枕頭較硬，多年前住過沒這樣。

整體老舊但是價位低床蠻好睡的，雖然服務生沒有笑容但是至少服務算到位，協助提拿行李，我們是大休旅車，雖然配的是機械車位，但是飯店讓我們停門口，算還蠻不錯的，交通及地點機能算好，如果下次來新竹還會再來住！
